I wish I could give no stars because I would. I ordered a pizza at 1:48, I was approximately 8 minutes away. The driver arrived with my pizza at 2:09pm. The pizza was not cooked all the way, extra saucy, wet on the bottom and the most disgusting thing ever. Yuck!!! Manager only offered to remake or get another in the future. I will never order from that location again.

Ordered from pizza hut on north state street not south state street. I did not receive my complete order on 12/22 evening and when I called about my missing item the mgr was extremely rude and said he would not correct it because the item was not on the writteñ ordér añd the orders are written by an outside company. I would strongly say do not order from north state company. I have never been treated in such a ñàsty manner in my life and l am 78 years old. My pizza did ñot taste good because it was dry and toppings very scarce.

They will frequently not bring what you order. You tell the delivery guy it’s wrong and he just shrugs and leaves. You double check the receipt, turns out I’m not crazy. They just are bad at what they do

I have been trying to follow up on non-delivered items for a week now. On the day I ordered, I spent over 30 minutes collectively on hold never to get anyone on the phone to resend or refund me. I called the corporate line and was told I’d be contacted in 48 hours. That never happened. Three days later I called corporate again and was asked to wait 48 hours for the store manager to call me. Also never happened. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold at this location, again, with no one picking up the phone. I called corporate, again, and this time they attempted to call the store. Surprise, no one picked up, so I have, again – for the third time now- been asked to give 48 hours for a call back from upper management. At this point Papa Johns has stolen my money and given me the run around. This is completely unacceptable. Any business that treats its customers in this fashion deserves to fail.

The pizza is really good here, but the prices are a bit high for my taste. I only treat myself to Papa Johns every once and a while because the prices are higher then most. If you are on a budget but still want pizza, go 1 block down the road to little Cesar’s and get a $5 pizza.

It’s Papa John’s so the pizza isn’t mind blowing, but this place has yet to give me a bad customer service experience, and their pizza is always hot, fresh, and a solid meal. My biggest complaint about Papa John’s in general is the call-in situation. Having to work with a call center and not getting to speak to and order with someone that actually works in the pizza shop is really undesirable.
