Decided to try Papa John’s tonight. We ordered a medium 5 topping pizza. It had pepperoni, sausage, cheese, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Average amount of toppings but the vegetables were a little too liquidity for pizza. Pretty good amount of cheese that was cooked pretty good. This location does a massive amount of delivery and a fair amount of pickup. At least this night. Each pizza comes with a container of garlic butter, Yummmy!! All the employees were extremely busy and the cashier greeted each individual entering the business. The pizza is just okay, much better in the Grove City area.

Took an hour and a half to get a medium pizza and two calzones. And the food was picked up from the store directly. I can’t imagine how long the wait would have been for delivery. There are 5 other cars waiting in the parking as well. Will never order from this location again.

I love Papa John’s pizza. But tonight’s order was a mess. 3 papadias. 2 didn’t have any peppers, 2 we’re not cut in half, 2 were only folded partially, and all 3 had way less filling than just the night before. Not my first time and most likely not the last, but this was a huge disappointment.

I purchased a New York style pizza. There was nothing N.Y.S about it. Crust was super thin, couldn’t taste the sauce & there wasn’t enough topping on it to know what it tasted like. Very poor quality. I also ask for square cut, didn’t get it. This pizza it wasn’t worth bringing home, less alone buying. Will not go back!

After having garlic butter from burnt garlic knots leak all over the boxes as well as my front seat, I called to speak with a manager. Not one time was there an apology given but simply “we can remake the order for you if you want”.

I just picked up a order in grove city, I drive there from the south end of columbus get it home the pizza is partially burnt and the choc chip cookie is completely burnt and crispy! This is ridiculous to pay good money for food that will not get eaten!!
