I always order at this papa johns and have never had any issues until a couple weeks ago. I had a huge order and ordered 7 extra garlic sauces which they charge you $1 for each. When I received my order, none of the garlic sauces were included in the order. I’ve reached out multiple times so I could be refunded the extra $7 and no one will get back to me about the situation. I’ve also taken the survey and asked someone to reach out to me and no one has.

Currently reheating what’s left of my pizza as it was delivered cold, soggy, undercooked, and crushed. Last time I ordered from here it was 2 large, well done cheese pizzas. One came tasting undercooked, the other? Literal charcol. This time was the second chance. I ordered one well done, one normal cooked pizza. Both came undercooked. There are no 3rd chances. Never coming back to this location again

Ordered online, and patiently waited for our delivery. Noticed on the tracker that the ETA kept increasing, it went from 6:40 to 6:50, to 7. I called and was told that it should be arriving soon through a third party delivery. Waited another 15-20 mins and was called back by an employee and told that something happened with the third party delivery and they were remaking my order and sending their own driver. My order arrived fresh quickly after this call. They refunded me for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to fix this wrong. Our food was amazing.

Ordered pizza online this evening for the family at around 7:30. The online app has the progression of the order so you can follow as its being prepared. I check back in 15 minutes and realize the order has not moved at all. I check back after an 1 hour had passed and still has not moved at all. I called the location and the pizza guy said I’m sorry we are short staffed we are gonna get your pizza to you soon! It’s now 11:17 pm and it’s time for bed. I still don’t have my pizza. Disputing the charge tomorrow on my credit card. Do not order from this location!!!! Horrible horrible!

Don’t order from this location. I ordered a pizza at 7pm and it said it would be delivered by 7:26p-7:36p. By 8p it hadn’t arrived. I tried to call to ask about timing and couldn’t get through to the restaurant. I to through to corporate and they couldn’t help me. But couldn’t get through to select location. Pizza was delivered at 10:30p as I was going to bed. I have submitted 2 complaints to ask for a full refund and have not gotten any response.

Impressive customer service, very clean and nice looking facility. Staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. Actually gave me extra garlic dipping sauce and peppers for free and told me that it was courtesy of them. I greatly appreciated that gesture. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be! Pizza was excellent, great prices. Best Papa Johns’s location in the city of COLUMBUS!! I will come to this location again. Highly recommended
