Waited for over an hour, called back to check in pizza could not get anyone to answer. Open my hotel door to go to lobby to get something to drink and found pizza setting in hallway, delivery driver didn’t even knock just dripped it and ran, I will be calling someone tomorrow, poor service

I knew there was a reason I stopped dealing with thanks. First off if I’m going to pay almost $10 for something I want it to have some girth to it . Only reason why I was willing to try it is because of the people online. But I guess influencers get better food than regular customers. Second of all I don’t like that I can’t add something to my food without taking something away. So of course I won’t be back. I’ve had sandwiches that were thicker than my Papadia.

Ordered from here recently and gotta say it’s still downhill, my sister talked me up to one of these papadia’s, looked forward to it and was heavily disappointed. Burnt, not cut and even folded incorrectly. I used to work at this location around 5 years ago and I know we used to cut things and got pressured to do things correct but I guess they can’t be bothered to do that anymore. Go to another store if you want Papa John’s but I’d personally recommend going to a different franchise all together because I’ve never had a good experience with Papa John’s on the working end as well as the customer end, you’d be better off with the frozen Walmart brand pizza that’s 2 bucks over spending serious money with these guys. For such a high traffic store you think they’d do better on customer satisfaction.

I am so done with Papa Johns at this location. I ordered a jalapeños Bacon Cheese sticks with spicy garlic sauce using the PapaJohns website. As you can see in the picture very less jalapeños are on the cheese sticks and there was no bacon. For the sauce I got pizza sauce. I go to this location because it is only 7mins from my house in the car. Now onwards I will try another location. This location also does not know how to make jalapeños popper sometimes it is made properly and you feel the actual jalapeño. Sometimes it feels like you are only eating cream cheese.

My buffalo wings were plane, the bread sticks looked like bones left in a volcano for a decade, pizza was way overcooked, there were maybe 2 pepperoni’s on my pepperoni pizza, not to mention I made the order at 4pm only to get it at 7:50. At the very least I have to appreciate that they at least take their time to mess up my order.

I am here to order pizza. I was there at 11:45pm and asked him i need pan pizza and asked him if i can use my rewards. He was like you need to order online if you want rewards.”with attitude”. I was at the the checkout process and found out that I cant order after 10:40pm. He should mentioned that before I started ordering online. Whatever i placed the order and when i am taking my order; I ask for one extra chilli..he is like “u have to take 4 for $1 and he cant give just 1 chilli”.
