Ordered from here just over a month ago and whilst the first part of service was bad it was resolved by the store manager, Emilee, I believe. Thank you Emilee!!!! Now for the experience this week I feel I have to cut ties with this papa John’s location. Ordered 2 pizzas, BONELESS wings, and a Papadilla. Pizza was cold, Papadilla was missing sauce and we got bone-in wings. I tried too call the store and sat for about 20 minutes listening to a recording. I finally clocked out of my job to drive up to the store only to find 1 employee in the store all sweaty in jeans and a tank top with his pants halfway down showing off his underwear. Did Papa Johns run out of shirts?? Although the wings were remade myself and my co-workers could not bring ourselves to eat the food after the store image i got.I am still waiting on someone to reach back put to me.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. We get a text from a stranger two hours after we order saying that his name was also Daniel and he got our order. We called and were on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever picked up at the store, and I called over 10 times additionally beyond that and no one ever picked up. We spent $40 for two large pizzas one of which had stuffed crust and six sauces and we received one completely inaccurate medium pizza. I would like a full refund for my entire order because I cannot get my order nor can I get anyone on the line to refund me. This is an unacceptable level of service for any organization. You have basically stolen $40 from me please refund ASAP. I have never left a review anywhere before but this is not our first bad experience here. It’s certainly the last. I will be disputing this charge with my bank if not contacted by Friday.

I ordered a pizza online under my name and sent my husband to pick it up at the time the order was due. My husband is Chinese, but speaks very good English. The employee that worked there pretended to not understand him, when my husband told him the order name and ridiculed him saying “I don’t know what you’re saying” and “I can’t understand you”. He even showed the employee the picture of our order. The employee told him to wait because it wasn’t ready. My husband waited for another 20 minutes past our pickup time. Then the employee suddenly could clearly understand him. He left with a freezing cold pizza because your racist employee decided to mess with him. Absolutely appalled by this and we will NEVER come back to this location. This happened a few months ago and I tried to let it go, but I decided to post it because this was so incredibly wrong. I placed an order on the website for Pickup on Friday the 17th at 11:40 and wasn’t able to pick up so had a colleague pick up for me. She arrived and was advised they didn’t have the order and they rang another Papa John’s nearby who said they didn’t have it either. So, we had to go with another pizza shop at very last minute notice.

Don’t order from her if you want your pizza to be done right. I ordered a pep stuffed crust with pep extra extra sauce and green peppers on just got a plain old pep pizza. Called to tell them my order was wrong. They gave me a store credit for the next time. A week later I ordered the correct pizza gave my address for delivery and they told me it would be ready in 15 min. I waited 2 hrs and nothing, so I called to confirm and they said “oh we have been waiting for you to pick it up.. we can cancel the order and remake it?” I agreed to that and had to wait an hr and 15 min longer just for my food to be wrong again! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I placed a order through the contact center and it was never delivered. The store manager hung up on me when I called. After paying a delivery fee I drove to the store to inquire about my delivery. The store manager insisted that the order was delivered and stated “people make mistakes, maybe your neighbor got it” I became upset and tried to advise the manager I truly did not receive my delivery. He told me he has to verify the GPS on the vehicle. I asked for a refund and he told me to leave the store. I called back a few days later just for him to tell me his delivery driver and a trainee said they delivered my order. I advised him that was impossible I never even heard a knock on the door. He then blamed me for ordering contactless delivery and said that is what happens He insinuated my neighbor picked up the pizza even though it was never delivered to me. This is a experience that has really contributed to unwanted emotions. I am so hurt after being treated this way. And I’m still out of $27.64

I’ve had Papa John’s before and never had an issue with taste. Even had pizza from this branch and never had issues with taste. Tonight’s pizza was horrible. Don’t know if there were changes in ingredients or if the chain changed things but it was absolutely horrible. Won’t order again.
