Ordered pizza even though it said 45min wait. Ordered NY style pepperoni and bacon. After 1 hour and 25 mins the pizza finally shows up. Right when the driver handed me the box and it was ice cold I knew it was going be bad. Still tipped the guy gave him $25. Go inside open the box and eat a piece cause of hungry as hell and immediately notice no bacon. Now I’m upset so I call and the guy says that they are so busy he couldn’t replace the pizza cause it was over a hour wait and that he would place a credit in my profile for a free pizza. I was upset that was my only option but again it was my only option. Next day I call and a lady answers and puts me on hold and after 20 mins I call from my house phone and the same lady picks up and I’m very upset then cause I’m on hold for 20 mins on one line and she’s taking orders on the other. I tell her I want a manager and she says she is. She lets me explain what happened and says there’s no record of my order so I look up the online receipt and find all the information and she mysterious finds it and then rudley asks what I want done a free pizza? I said well yeah I didn’t get what I ordered and it was late and cold. So I dunno pizza used to be a lot better in my opinion. Bad customer service in the last 6 to 10 months

Pickup order was placed online through a 3rd party called seamless. When arriving at the store they said they didn’t have the order. After calling papa johns customer service then having to call seamless customer service, we were told the pizza was ready the whole time it had been marked as grub hub. So we got our cold pizza 1hr later.

Order the heart shape pizza for my family I think it’s a new pizza for Valentines day special and it was harder than a bag of Doritos felt bad for leaving 5 star service on call review and a tip after this visit probably done with this place pretty much wasted my money and time. definitely could mention something about it being thin crust while ordering new pizza on the menu

Busy night at Papa John’s. We ordered pizza for pick up and everything was made correctly and ready when we got there. They have Gluten free crust for my wife. My daughter has a dairy and their original crust is dairy free. I just wish they had a dairy free cheese. As of right now we have to order a no cheese pizza.

This place is a complete joke… I’ve had numerous issues and always decide to go back… NOT ANYMORE!!! I ordered a pizza and not only did they forget the garlic sauce but MY RECIRPT WAS INSIDE THE PIZZA BOX ON TOP OF MY PIZZA! I call into complain and they hang up on me and never answer again!!!
