Had a delivery driver think it was ok to instead of keeping pizza flat when he pulled out of bag he let the bag drop down and let all my toppings on pizza slide off and to think I gave a $5 tip online good side I called and manager is making us new and sending over wish I could take tip from driver and give to manager

Pizza was gross and they are scamming people for tips! I had a pick up order and hit the no tip option and it still gave a 10% tip! Im sorry but I’ve worked in food for years and never had customers tip for a pick up order! They need new machines or stop deliberately scamming for tips! Ill never go back anyway pizza definitely didnt deserve a tip didnt even eat most of it!

Had a delivery done by door dash from here like two weeks ago. Driver was nice, but was wearing nothing identifying her as a delivery driver, and she had a passenger who appeared to be either sleeping or drunk in the passenger seat. My pizza was just sitting on her back seat with no bag or anything, and it was NOT a clean vehicle. I was a bit grossed out, if I’m honest. I don’t think I’ll continue to order delivery from here if they continue to use door dash. My wife would have gone nuts if she’d have seen that. Still having nightmares from this. BTW, I just tossed the pizza and ordered from a competitor. Nothing like throwing $20 right down the toilet.

Called around 10:30. They were opened until midnight. Kept hanging up on me when they would ask if I want carryout, delivery or plan ahead. If they had just said that they couldn’t do delivery, I might’ve considered pickup. But they just keep hanging up, I don’t know who trained these people but this is very unprofessional and rude.
