Decided not to go back for a refund and just leave this review here for everyone. This is just DISGUSTING!! I ordered from this Papa johns last night… I was charged extra for cheese dipping sauce and never got it, my breadsticks were hard as a rock, and to top it all off my pizza came with a hair in it!! I tried calling back MULTIPLE times and kept getting an error message. I guess their phone operators are people from a call center… $55 in the garbage and no dinner last night for me nor my kids! I will NEVER eat from here again!

Ordered the cheese garlic epic pizza pizza is cold order the garlic wings, the garlic wings covered with bunch of grease. I called to check on the pizza to see when it’s going to be delivered. They said it was already delivered and the guy on the other end of the phone hung up on me very disrespectful. I will never order from here ever again. When pizza guy finally came. I told him I called to see where pizza was and the manager said he already delivered it. I told him I didn’t received no pizza the delivery guy said the manager don’t know when pizzas are delivered. Very poor customer service and disgusting pizza.

This is hard because I remember the first time I had Papa John’s pizza, and it was 30 years ago. When we moved here, it was great, they’re close. But the quality has gone downhill. We ordered tonight for the first time in a long time- there was enough toppings for two slices of a medium pizza, had I taken the time to move them. If I had wanted a cheese pizza, I wouldn’t have ordered toppings. And no Papa’s special garlic sauce with the bread sticks, which was ordered, but we got marinara, which was not ordered (upside down in the box so it leaked). No garlic sauce with my pizza. So all in all, except for the tip for the driver, I wasted my money tonight. Which is really sad, because this used to be my go-to pizza.

Ordered for my job. The pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. I also ordered a cool ranch papadia and boneless chicken. The pizza and papadia were good, but the chicken was not good. Will order again, but not the boneless chicken.

This location delivered a pizza to my 9 year old daughter who was in the hospital for flu complications yesterday evening and they went above and beyond and sent her a brownie with a get well note!! We were so appreciative of their kindness it brightened my daughters stay. Thank you Papa John’s team!!

Rudest manager I have ever spoke too. Told me my pizza was made right. But when I said I ordered no cheese he agreed but said it was was still right. Then continued to tell me that he’s not even supposed to deliver to me. Btw they do deliver to me ( not my first time getting pizza from them) Which had nothing to do with them messing up the pizza. Loud and disrespectful don’t even know how the guy made it to management.

What a lousy papa johns, I ordered my pizza for delivery and I ultimately ended up going to pick it up myself because these guys took more than two hours, a far strive from their promised 31-41 minutes. Never ordering from here again! DON’T ORDER DELIVERY! In person is best.
