Ordered 2 original crust pizzas and cheese sticks online. My husband said the boxes felt super light. When we opened the boxes, they gave us 2 thin crust pizzas, not cool. My husband called and asked for the manager and we got our money back.

I honestly wish I could have tipped more because the service is amazing as always. I love Papa John’s because the food is fresh and delicious. Savory sauce and cooked perfectly with options for well done. They are a bit heavier on the sauce than I prefer but you can request less. Reasonably priced and one of the only places left that accept cash on delivery. Definitely get the garlic sauce !!!! Thanks for the good food as usual.

I ordered the New York style pizza Saturday and it was cold and dry, I called and complained and was offered to have another one delivered and I said ok. They called me back and said I would have to bring the old pizza to the store before they give me another. They are really stupid, the reason I wanted delivery is because I’m disabled duh. So they told me in the future just call the store and the pizza is free. Fast forward.

This establishment and others like it in the area have become staffed with extremely un- professional members. The cashier was rude & nasty to a point where I couldn’t believe that this person was an employee. Exchanging money using the cash mashine then going right into working with the dough, not even washing her hands or anything. The boys and I mean boys making pizzas were talking so loud using slurs, obscenities, and joking so much over the ingredients and the food that they were making, I had to believe that food was being contaminated with sprays from all the talking saliva of that which I saw.. I will NEVER patronize this location again . It only takes 2 minutes of walking in to see what I mean. Preferably, these days, it’s best to watch your food being made so you can see the un-professionalism you’re actually being charged for. The FDA and whatever health agencies need to observe this place and other food vendors in this area. If you eat from here, good luck. I’ve lost all interest.

1 star my order was 31 dollars AND I tipped but my med BBQ chicken pizza look like a car rolled over it like what did I do to get service like this? The cinnamon pull apart is decent…the crust on the pizza kinda hard too….I’m not sure how to feel about this. 1/10 recommend at least the driver was nice but my food looked horrible.

I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 1 order of wings. Upon delivery 2 of the 3 boxes were empty. I tried several times to call about my missing pizzas but someone would answer and hang up the phone. I’ll never order from this location again. The corporate office is no better they place you on hold forever

I just received a pizza that was left on my front steps in 30 degree temps by a delivery driver in the white car. I opened the door and said you just left the pizza by the stairs…smh..he claimed that he tried to call but he didn’t, I was waiting…why didn’t he ring the bell….
