I ordered the epic family combo (Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni and NY style) for $25.99 and was extremely disappointed. Both pizzas were extremely greasy but the epic stuffed crust was the worst as you can see in the picture. Do better Papa John’s. We deserve a refund for this order.

I’ve been going here for months now. They are thorough, fast, and friendly. They seem to have a great work atmosphere at this location, unlike other places where the teenage kids give you their entitled bad attitude. Pizza is always great for being papa johns.

The guy who works there is great, I might do takeout but that’s where it ends. Delivery is handled by DoorDash, and is consistently late. Last time I ordered a pizza at 7:23 PM on a Wednesday, the Papa John’s receipt showed the “Out Time” at 8:00 PM. I finally received my cold pizza at 8:35 PM (I live 2 miles from this location). If you try to call them, the number sends you to a call center that’s of no help. Next time I’ll visit a local pizza place to avoid this aggravation.

I ordered a pizza online and was given a 32-minute wait time. After an hour, I called the store and was told that the driver was on his way and would arrive within 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes, I called back and was told that my pizza had just gone in the oven. Don’t waste your time. Don’t order from this store.

placed large order on 12-28-22 (5 pizzas all different, multi-toppings, variety of sauces, 3 bread choices and 3 desserts). everything was ready when promised and the 3 employees i encountered (didn’t get names) were incredibly helpful and even carried everything out to my car while i settled the bill. all items were correct and delicious love the stuffed crust everyone at the party thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the food. went back 1-8-23 for Brown’s game pizza (HA! WASTE OF ANOTHER 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE) BUT the pizza was great again! love when you can go back to a place several times and it’s equally good every time. appreciate the consistency in food and customer service

Pizza was over 40 minutes late because the driver had to go to Parma before me? Cold and not good. Chicken showed up without any foil to hold the warmth. This is not the Papa John I know. Finding a different pizza place.

After 3 time that they’ve taken 2 hours to deliver my pizza which they estimated to arrive in 40~ minutes. I think I’ve earned a right to be mad. The first 2 times were ordered ahead of time. I’m never ordering here again. I wouldn’t even be that mad if the estimates were accurate…

I have had great pizza at every other Papa John’s on the planet except this one. We had a simple, but specific order. A stuffed crust, pizza, with extra, sauce. We get this thing, its like the thinnest floppiest pizza I have ever had the misfortune to eat, and there was next to no sauce on it. :(. Why offer extra when you’re going to skimp on the customers anyway? Food cost that bad? Most other Papas give you more peppers and garlic sauces on the side. I get greed and minimum wage pay making people hate their jobs, but it showed through big time in lack of quality. Everyone I talk to in Strongsville says this Papa John’s is the worst. I didn’t want to believe it but, yep I agree. I am sad to say that.

Delivery time said 33 minutes which I received the email at 5:51 as you can see in the picture and you can also see the current time when I took the picture was 7:30. I called to ask where my pizza was and they tried to argue with me that it had only been 45 minutes.
