This place is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. You ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust? Too bad. They’re gonna hand you a half cooked plain cheese pizza. You ordered Garlic knots? How about some knots without any garlic. Just plain bread.

When I ordered on-line it said my pizza would be delivered in 25 – 35 minutes. By the time it said “out for delivery” it took over 40 minutes to arrive. Pizza was cold and on one of the pizzas the ingredients and cheese has slid making a couple of slices inedible. The driver, who already got his tip due to on-line payment, was dismissive. So, the pizza was not good, and the service was subpar. I tried to call but only got a recorded message.

Overall very unreliable location. We placed an order online and it quoted 19-26 mins until delivery. 1.5hrs later still no pizza. We called the location and basically they said they only had one driver but they also use door dash which seems like a contradiction. Every business who delivers food in Massillon uses door dash and I don’t remember anything taking this long? The manager who picked up the phone was well aware they were extremely behind. I guess I’m wondering why the app doesn’t reflect actual delivery times and why if you are going to be an hour past the ready time, why didn’t we get a phone call? Any heads up? This location struggles to keep people and drivers on staff so overall just a very unreliable experience. How toxic is that management there that they can’t keep people on? Rant over.

Ordered the Shaq a Roni. Which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It showed up with zero pepperoni. Same order had a bacon cheese stick order and showed up looking ridiculous. Then I spend an hour trying to call back to get them to fix it to be placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Only thing correct was the poppers and cheese cups.

We ordered a 12 inch pizza and still got a 10 inch. They gave me a 6 piece wing when I ordered an 8 piece. Then cut the pizza all dumb. We order here every once in a while and they can never get it right

Ordered in The beginning of February and haven’t ordered since. Was worst pizza experience ever. They completely forgot my order even after ordering multiple times then after hours the manager was so rude said she wouldn’t discount the food and that I’d still have to pay full price and wait. I told her forget it my family is hungry now. I tried leaving a review on the actually email they sent me but then it glitched and didn’t post my review. I will not eat here unless I get a free pizza or even 50% off..

I’ll never order here again. 3 times in a row I’ve had delivery issues. Almost 2hrs (after calling help desk) for each delivery when I was quoted 30-45 and 1 hr for one. Food was not fresh as it seemed to have sat until delivered.
