A nightmare disgusting disturbing acts at Cleveland ave Canton location for years I have been a faithful client to this pizza places no I want nothing to to do with none of theirs locations it seems like they hiring nasty trifle and wicked people here men I just bought 2 Hawaiian type pizza for dinner for my kiddos and sadly my 15years old son came across his slices had bunch of human hair I thought maybe they felt out if his clothes when I look into both pizzas boxes it wasn’t just those to slices it was hair like dust all over a couple slices seems like this act was made on purpose and who did it eas aware of theirs wicked actions I hope who’s over this business investigates who’s being so dirty to clients that has nothing to do with theirs fustrated lives. It’s pretty consistent their definitely my favorite change pizza shop. When it gets way way close to closing actually call in the pizza. It’s not there fualt technology is technology right! But it tends to fail and the poor people stayed over an extra 1½ I guessing just to get it done.

My pizza is always perfect from this location. I felt bad because my giant dog wouldn’t let me through the door without trying to meet his new delivery gentleman friend but he (the driver) was very nice about it. Thanks for understanding that my 200 lb baby just wanted to make a friend! You guys are always great!

We moved here a few months ago and tried a couple local pizza shops. After our typical place made us wait over 2 hours for a delivery promised within 45 minutes and not so much as an apology, we knew we needed to find something else. The first time we tried Papa Johns, they delivered faster than promised and the food was delicious! Since then, we have ordered multiple times. Every single order has arrived early and perfectly made! We love having a place we can consistently rely on for great food and service. Definitely our go to when we want pizza! Thanks, Papa John’s!

Ordered pizza and cheese bread last night, their call center is HORRIBLE and something seemed off when I was hung up on after payment info was collected– drove to location and no order was received, but my card was charged? So at this point, I was out $30 and no pizza because they said their ovens were already shutdown. Had assistant manager call the GM and was told she’d credit me a free pizza and refund my charge, but that hasn’t happened yet?

I ordered two pizzas and wings and when i got home from picking the order up, the one pizza was wrong. I had to go back to to get it corrected, which I was angry about, but when I got there, the manager had made my entire order over again. Beyond good customer service, if you ask me.
