It’s a Papa Johns, so you probably already know what to expect here. Food is good as expected, but the service is a little slower here than the Middletown location (usually 25+ minutes wait here for a carryout order on a weeknight). Otherwise staff is usually friendly and attentive. We do order fron this location on occasion and will continue to do so in the future.

Overall horrible. Pizza cooked incorrectly. 30 percent of pizza had no toppings at all. Took over two hours to make pizza. Employees were rude and had attitudes with everyone. Did not have gloves and didn’t wash hands. Just horrible

This Papa John’s used to be great. We quit ordering a while ago because they kept screwing up our order or losing it to door dash. We finally have given up. Hopefully management changes one day as I do miss their pizza.

This place is pathetic and should be shut down, new management is a joke and don’t even know anything about the area, came in for pick up because I was told they don’t deliver to my house even though they have dozens of times in the past, waited around for 15 minutes inside on my carryout, male manager was too busy flirting and scratching at whatever itch/disease he had going on in his pants to work and get pizza out of the oven faster for customers. Will no longer come here and I’d advise anyone else to do the same

Poor customer service! New transfered manager told me they don’t deliver to Carlisle. She had no idea how to spell it, then told me West “CARLINGTON” is probably it. When I ask to speak to someone else maybe not a new transfered employee, was told nope Im the manager. So I could speak to a driver knowing I’ve definitely ordered hete before? Does she have the slightest idea where she is location wise? Your store is 3 miles away west “carlington” is 5 and Germantown is 4.2. Ive ordered here several times, and now will never again. One day you do one day you dont.

Ordered cheesy bread. There was so much cheese on it all the cheese couldn’t melt and the dough was raw. Tried calling them for three hours no answer. Tried calling for 3 days. No resolution. Never will I ever eat Papa John’s again. Thanks for nothing jerks.
