Wow! That’s what I have to say about Papa John’s Batavia! Service with a smile. Everything was fantastic. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the Christmas cheer, the employees, the drivers all were beyond wonderful. Kait the Manager absolutely Amazing. Drivers are always great just spoke with a extremely rude manager due to my order being placed 2 hours ago and still has not delivered. Her understudy in the background was vocalizing “it will get there when it gets there” when I asked if that’s how she was going to let her subordinate talk to a customer she hung up on me. The pizza was hot when I arrived for carryout, the person taking my order over the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. It was New Years Eve and he didn’t rush me on the phone. I was impressed and even tipped when I checked out. Keep up the great work!

Upset i could not put 0 stars. The customer service is awful. No one could explain why a pizza would take 1 1/2 hours to travel less than a quarter mile. When i called i was told i am the rude one because i replied to the clerk with the same rhetoric he said to me. Do not do business with these snakes.
