This was one of the best pizza’s we have ever ordered. The two pizzas were hot and fresh. The sides were also on point, very delicious. We ordered close to 10, so we weren’t sure what to expect. 10 out of 10, highly satisfied with the customer service and product. Delivery was also pretty fast.

Chelsea was so amazing, she is such an incredible worker and I was amazed how fast she was working on orders alone . She was right on time with my food and I was very impressed by how well she handled everything she had going on at once. I ordered via online, instead of using the address I put in it used the address that was previously saved. And so after 40 minutes of waiting for my order I called the manager and he said that they voided the order, thankful for that. However due to “Company policy“ they will not be making a new pizza for my order.

Twice in a row when ordering a papdia they have given me haricot sauce, which I’m allergic to, instead of the pizza sauce I ordered. Recommend ordering from anywhere else where employees can actually read so you get your food you can actually eat

I called and tried to make an order. The first guy just interrupted me every time I tried to talk. To the point I wasn’t even sure he heard my order correctly. I asked for a supervisor and all he did was kept repeating it. I hung up, called back and asked for a supervisor and was asked 3 times if that was what I wanted. I was finally transferred and asked if they was a supervisor and I had to repeat the question. Then I was told no, that the supervisors don’t work in the store. What the heck. This is a call center, not a store. Complete incompetence.

The first meal my wife and I had when we moved into our house in 2019 was pizza from this Papa Johns. We have been loyal patrons of this particular location because of the quality of their pizzas and the warmth and courteousness of their staff. Ordered pizza for delivery. Received text pizza arriving. Watching for driver. Received 3 phone calls from unknown numbers, no message left by callers. Received call from Papa Johns store, answered phone and woman stated driver was at my house and I was not answering my door or my phone. I advised there is no one at my house from Papa Johns. She stated that her GPS was showing the driver was there. Looked up the street and saw driver in neighbors driveway. I advised woman that they were at the wrong house and she told me that is why I need to answer my phone. Woman who turned out to be the manager then hung up the phone and the driver left with pizza. Managers statement said I cursed at her and that is why she hung up. “Total Lie” If that woman is a manager, then they must really be desperate for workers.

It’s Papa Johns – any pizza is good pizza. However, the speed of delivery is what made me want to leave a review. It was shockingly fast! I ordered at 7:52 pm, and the pizza was here by 8:09 pm. The delivery driver was very kind as well.
