If you like them getting your order wrong and then them giving you a free pizza with a bunch rotted portabello mushrooms on it…… you’ll love this Papa John’s!…… I almost feel like I’m inconveniencing them when I order from them by phone. You can find better pizza within 2 miles for $5 less.On the positive side,they are always friendly in person just not on the phone, and the store is always clean. I probably had 1 bad experience. If I order again I will update my review accordingly.

I have consistently enjoyed their pizza. Not once have I had an order that I had to send back. The Salem location is the the one to go to if you live in Anderson. The staff is friendly and they always appear fully staffed. I have been using the Salem road location for years. Also it is a no Brainer; if you have better ingredients, the chances are, you get better pizza.

The boy on the phone told us he didn’t deliver to our house 2 miles from their location. We calmly told him that can’t be right as we have ordered from here for years. To which his response was, “you need to calm down, I’m trying to figure this out”.

Received my order incorrect, when I called to ask for a refund or credit I was told I’d have a $15 dollar credit on my account. When I called the next day I was told I didn’t have a credit and that there’s nothing they could do about it. As a former employee of Papa Johns I’m disappointed honestly. It’s literally as easy as typing a note into the persons account when they call.

Got a carry out order last evening because Papa John’s is one of the few places open after 9pm. My order was accurate, ready on time, and delicious. Tried the jalapeño bites and the brownie dessert. Both amazing. The staff was super busy and seemed a little stressed, but that didn’t reflect in the quality of food or the way I was treated. My family appreciates you guys being open so late.
