The Forest park papa Johns store don’t deserves even 1 star. A lady there is very rude to customers, I don’t know why people like her work for papa johns.. She insulted me and my sister and refused to give me my order. She I don’t have my name on the order, I placed the order on doorsash with my account. She refused to check the order on my phone and told us to get out. When we finally get the orders my name was on all of them. This lady will fo to the court very soon.

My wife placed an online order. So I figured I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. I’m not a impatient person. So I waited and waited and waited. Probably about 25 min for my a meatlovers pizza. Also I noticed my other 2 pizzas we ordered have been under the headlamp the whole time. Finally the manager at least i believe it was got me my meatlovers pizza. I did at least get extra garlic butter for my time. I got home and opened the box and my meatlovers pizza is a supreme pizza. First off we go here a lot. The policy states that you show us the pizza before hand or its free. You guys rarely show me the pizza. I’m not the one to complain just to get something free so I never mention it. Just kinda disappointed. I don’t like surpreme pizza. It will end up in the garbage.

Placed and order at 5:30 PM expected my order to be ready at 6PM like they said got their at 6:30PM order said it was ready but the pizza was never put through went back to work went in around 7PM order was still not ready they printed out the paper pizza was finished at 7:21 PM but I didn’t get a call until 7:48PM I waited 2 hours to get a pizza and also had to pay full price too.

My pizza was burnt. Like not even edible, black crust kind of burned, I don’t know why something like that was even served. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery, which you may be busy on a Sunday night, I get it but come on, if I’m going to wait that long at least make it edible. I called the store for a refund and the women was not very nice at all. First of all, she hung up on me twice, when I finally got her to answer she was disrespectful and sounded annoyed.
