This place makes okay food. The question is will they get your order right? I ordered food back in March and the order was wrong. I called in and the manager offered me a free pizza except I’d have to call in to redeem. Of course when I finally decide to give them another chance they deny the offer then put me on hold to tell me that instead it was too far back to redeem. I may never order Papa John’s again. If I do it won’t be from this location if I can help it.

Papa John’s Pizza Evendale is my family’s pizza choice. I recently went by the store and was surprised at how clean and upbeat it was. The staff looked like they were having a good time working with each other. The food quality was high, especially for the low price. They’re constantly coming up with new menu items. It’s hard to beat their Famous pizza. The counter woman was very friendly and professional. She took care of my pickup order while at the same time handling the phones and the register. The parking lot is easily accessible, well lit and feels safe.

I ordered a pizza and told the crew to text me upon an arrival. I waited more than 30 min., no text. 45 min. later, I checked outside and found the slightly opened pizza box. I was about to type a complaint online, but it demanded the order number. I didn’t get the receipt.

If it wasn’t for the amazing young man who greeted me with such class and professionalism, I would have stopped being a customer here long ago. There’s a lady I assume is the manager there, with all due respect, no bottom teeth. Almost every one of my experiences there she’s either in ear shot of talking down on her employees, or loud and abrasive. My kids love Papa John’s! But I will not be returning if I don’t see my favorite driver in the Ford Focus. What a nice man! The big burly gentleman is always kind too! I love his customer service!

We love papa Jones pizza but I don’t know what’s the deal with pepperoni stuffing crust that we never can get it. First of all, getting it to work on the app and ordering pepperoni stuffing crust is a different story. It takes multiple tries to make it work and go forward with your order. When you finally order your pizza and bring it home you see they still haven’t made it right and you have cheese stuffing instead. Oh God! I wonder why even it’s an option if they’re not gonna make it anyway?

Ordered a delivery order over an hour before close while only being a 5 minute drive down the road. The order went through and 10 minutes later when i checked the progress they cancelled the order and refuse to answer the phone. If you dont wanna work your whole shift then change your hours

Hi. We placed an order online on 12/31/22, I received an email confirmation of the said order at 8:08pm. It said delivery time of 90 minutes. Some time passes I check my phone again around 840, and see that I have another email stating my order has been cancelled. This email was time stamped for 8:09 pm, one minute after my confirmation email. I talked about it with my husband and we determined, they’re probably really busy with it being new years eve. I give it a few more minutes and decide, no I’m going to call and see what happened. The associate I spoke with then tells me they tried to call me, that they came to my house and we didnt answer the door or phone so they came back, and the GM canceled the order. I have no missed calls, my husband and I are sitting here in the main room waiting for the order. No driver came up to our house. Obviously this isn’t true considering our order was cancelled only one minute after we placed the order, if our order even got read I’d be amazed. The employee then hung up on me, which was honestly the final straw. The disrespect we were shown was beyond belief. We’re not looking for free food because truthfully we will never order from Papa John’s again. There are way too many pizza places to choose from to ever be treated like that. We just want the owners to see how their store is being ran.
