I tried to place order over their regular call in number. After telling her what I wanted I was told their computer system was down and she couldn’t place the order. She then gave me the number to the store so I could call and place the order with them directly. I called the store to place my order and was told to call the number where I had tried to place my original order. After telling him what I was told about the computers being down, he said that was news to him and didn’t seem interested in taking an order from me. I then proceeded to tell him that hey no problem, I’ll hang up and order one from Pizza Hut. He didn’t reply to that comment, so I hung up and I called Pizza Hut. I was treated like they wanted my business. Actually order a pizza and spent a few more dollars on the Cinnabon mini rolls.

Worst pizza I have ever had! Very little meat and pineapple not to mention hardly any sauce. Never again Papa Johns! A waste of 30.00. Got it from Springdale Ave branch. Shame on management for thinking this mess would be acceptable by a living human being!

I havent been here in months because the last time my order was wrong and the service was rude. Gave it another shot. The employee running the register; greeted us and was polite and quickly proficient. The order was correct and the shackaronni pizza was warm lots of pepperoni and an okay flavor. Our custom pizza had the proper toppings on the correct sides but the green peppers looked added after the fact, the pizza was cold and the crust lopsided and over cooked.

I waited to pick up an order that was suppose to be ready at a certain time. I waited for 30 minutes. To only go back inside to be told I have to wait an additional 30 minutes because they still didn’t start on the order. And there was still another person ahead. I’m only writing this post because I am holding the person/store accountable. You know how many orders you have to complete and how much time it’s going to take. Give me a REAL estimate. I wasn’t given an apology for waiting for food that was going to take an hour and realistically longer than that.

Disappointed.. tried the new Italian pizza. Box was delivered covered in Italian dressing. Pizza had so much Italian dressing it soaked into the box. Took a few bites and threw the entire thing away. I doubt I’ll come back.
