Ordered a pizza with mushroom and pepperoni. Asked for extra sauce. Got charged 20 dollars to ask for extra Garlic sauce. We have been trying to get this corrected for 6 days. Guess what, not ever get the extra sauce. And now have spent over 2 hours on the phone with people that don’t even speak English. Do not go here.

I have loved Papa Johns pizza in other towns, but the one in Piqua is always just ok, never great. Somehow the pizza at this one is ALWAYS soggy in the center. I don’t know if it’s undercooked or if they need to invest in those little corrugated cardboard squares under the pizza to let the steam escape, but I have never had this issue from any other Papa John’s location. We keep trying them every so often to see if it gets better, but no luck in the eight years we’ve been here.

I had the supreme Papadia, a medium pizza with pepperoni and pineapple and cheesy bread sticks. Everything was delicious! The service was great. This location reminded me why Papa John’s is one of the best!

Ordered a pizza online and got a text that it was on the way and waited for it in the living room to be dropped off it was just left on the porch with no notification. To make matters worse the pizza wasn’t even cut at all, and the toppings are all over the box and on the corner of the lid from sliding off the pizza and the store requested that the pizza be returned or they will credit it to my account. I’ve never had a problem with papa John’s but the rudness of this store is ridiculous

Papa John’s in Sidney is excellent! They have skilled pizza chefs that I enjoy watching flip and turn the freshly-made pizza dough as I am packing my orders into my delivery bag. The staff is very friendly and professional, the store is always clean.
