The two large pizzas I’d ordered were both nasty, the crust was like cardboard. Usually, Papa John’s crust is airy and both of my pizzas were flat, both were barley warm when I received them and the toppings/sauce tasted stale and skimped. The staff wasn’t at all pleasant upon pick up of my pizza and the guy making the pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves while throwing pizza dough and looked dirty. I was extremely dissatisfied with my trip to this Papa John’s and will NOT be a returning customer.

I ordered 5 papadias for my family and including myself. I understand long wait times because of short staffing and I can accept that. But extremely poor quality food is just unacceptable. First thing is the papadia was made completely wrong. Instead of folding then slicing it in half, they slice it down the middle where the fold should be, then folded and sliced it again. So instead of a papadia I got two pizza sandwiches. Secondly I ordered all them with the same by removing the tomatoes and onions, and adding 3 blend cheese and bacon. There was pretty much no cheese, let along the 3 blend cheese which I’m a 100% sure didn’t get added. Then when I called of course they didn’t answer. And I have ordered this new Cool Ranch Papadia from other locations multiple times and have EXTREMELY BETTER FOOD. It was dry like extremely dry to the point it was almost uneatable they only thing that made it edible was the cool ranch seasoning and 2 of the 5 cool ranch dips, that we all had to share. The delivery guy was pleasant and kind though. He alone saved them from a 1 star rating. I would say make the drive to another location, especially if you want to experience how them Cool Ranch Papadias should really taste.

I recieved two orders from this questionable establishment tonight both times the manager argued with me and told me I was wrong. The first time I called asking how to correct my order, 16″ ultimate pepperoni add jalapeños, arrived as a Tuscan cheese, add jalapeños. The 2nd time it arrived as the same pizza and the manager told me she made the pizza herself and it has pepperoni on the pizza. I understand being short staffed, hard to find staffing etc, we are experiencing that, but where has customer service gone? Why can no one be nice and polite?

If I could give them zero stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They don’t answer the phone and they close the location early. They should honestly close this location down. The food is made like you’re their enemy, just thrown together. I’d rather walk to Italy to get pizza than order from this location.

I put in a delivery order at 10:20 and wait for the order up until about 11:30 i then went to papa john because i never got my order delivered to me.On the app it says that they hadnt even cooked it yet by the time I got there. I was told I still have to pay a delivery fee even tho i pick up my own food and waited up until 12 for them to hand me my order

Ordered online delivery 2/25/23 at 9:16pm. Over 2hr wait but I could deal with that but my order never came. I get they may was under staffed but someone could ve called to let me know they couldn t deliver. Only reason I gave two stars was because they usually deliver but this is unacceptable having me wait over 2hrs and finding out no food is coming smh.

Nobody would answer the phone I so I drove there and walked into the store they told me I wasn’t allowed to come into the store I had to order on the phone I said okay do you have menu they said said no you have to do that online I said well do you have any deals before I walk out the door to try to call again they said you have to do that online so I said can I stand right here because it’s cold outside and look online real quick and they says nope you have to go outside….. what kind of junk azz pizza place won’t answer calls then won’t allow you to walk in and place an order I guess it’s because it’s a real terrible neighborhood and they get robbed all the time I suggest getting some bullet proof glass if it’s that big of a deal or answer the phone and put some menus on the window with there specials useless buisness
