I can’t give it five stars for atmosphere cuz it’s like you just going to pick up your pizza. There is no atmosphere. I have never had a problem with this location. I order via app and when my pizza is ready I go get it. It’s always pretty close to time or earlier. I saw their commenters having problems but I’ve never had a problem with this location. People are always really nice to me. The food always tastes really good. One of my favorites.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Have ordered from this location dozens of times over the years and never had an issue. Order a large cheese pizza for my kids for dinner. It arrives on time but 1/3rd of the pizza has NO CHEESE! To top off the experience was placed on hold, as I’m writing this review have been on hold OVER 18 minutes. So now my kids have no pizza for dinner. 3 broken hearts and one very upset momma!

Before our last 2 orders (Dec 2022 and Feb 2023), everything was always perfect. The past 2 orders were terrible – dough tasted old and no toppings besides sauce on the first 1 1/2″ past the crust. Thought we’d give it another try but looking at recent reviews doesn’t appear much has changed. Hopefully this location comes back around!

Straight gross place to eat or work. The store manager has black teeth. That’s how she treats her staff and store too. Nothing is cleaned or sanitized. No gloves are worn. People literally pick their nose, use the restroom, and then handle food with bare hands out of the oven on the cut table. Disgusting place is an understatement….

Took 2.5 hours to receive our order. Had to call twice to check on the status of the order. Once it arrived, the pizza and cheese sticks were both cold. I live less the 2 miles from the store. I can completely understand being busy, but if the timeframe is going to be this long, the customer needs notified. On top of that, the food should not be cold when it arrives. Feel this will be the last time we will be ordering from Papa John’s for quite some time.

Unreal ordering from them lately. Forgetting things or taking a very long time with pickup or delivery… my last order showed out for delivery for an hour before being canceled claiming that the driver had no one answer my door even though I’m only a mile away and i was actively watching with the door opened viewing my driveway and then they wanted to deliver my food cold or repay for new food which is not an okay solution for the mess up. Just don’t.

The delivery time is very bad. Pizza has been fine, nothing special but not bad. But it’s taking hours to get a delivery even if you order far in advance and request a specific time. Not worthwhile.

Waited 7 hours for a pre-order. Finally went to the store and out of 10 employees only two were sweeping. No orders were being generated and what I assume to be the manager, after looking puzzled the entire time, still could not find our order. He then said they were three hours behind. Terrible all the way around.
