Food has went down hill. The food is bland, I will say the pizzas were hot but we love the breadsticks and they get less and less sauce every time we come. This last time they were so dry it was just plain dough.

I was a loyal customer for years, (ordering once a week religiously.) Papa John’s is the best chain hands down, but only when done right. The sauce makes the entire pizza. imo. Unfortunately in recent years, the quality has drastically declined from this location. Receiving a pie that is as thin as a sheet & underbaked is disappointing. Ive also had trouble numerous times with their gift cards.

I ordered 1 medium pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, barbecue and hot lemon pepper chicken poppers, a chocolate chip brownie and a 2 liter of Pepsi. The food got 2 stars in my review because of the brownie and the Pepsi. The cheese sticks were so overcooked they were HARD. The chicken poppers were barely sauced. The pizza was like warm.

We order from Papa John’s a lot because their pizza is very good. We ordered tonight and are very disappointed. It smelled delicious, looked delicious but tasted so bland. There was barely any sauce on either pizza which it taste dry and bland. Even the bacon breadsticks tasted bland. Did you change your recipe? Something is definitely off, my husband, my son and I all noticed it. And we don’t like it at all.

Don’t go here they have horrible service. Ordered a pizza at 6:22. They said it would be 55 to 65 minutes. Show up at 7:22 and my pizza hadn’t even been made yet. They just started making excuses why it wasn’t ready. Then they told me it would be another 30 to 35 minutes. They had 6 people in there working and two people making pizzas.

I order 2 Shaqaroni pizzas and they gave me two regular pepperoni piazzas in a bigger box. Then the manager argued me about how they didn’t mess up. I’ve had multiple Shaqaroni pizzas and what they sent me was a large pepperoni. This isn’t the first time they’ve sent me the wrong order. Avoid this location, the management is terrible.
