I love papa John’s, we go often they have good deals. Our last visit they were understaffed so there was a line and everyone was in the back trying to keep up with demand , not the employees’ fault. They did their best. More of a note to the owner. Keep up the good work

Nothing on my Sausage Pizza was right. I paid over $20 for a sausage pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce, and normal dough. I got a pizza with barely any cheese, barely any sauce, thin crust, and with huge bubbles all over. The pizza was cut unevenly as well. Some slices were bigger than others. Not ordering from here again. They clearly don’t care about quality or making the customer happy.

So what in the world happened to this pizza. Okay, franchise, to big, cheap ingredients, or maybe the lack of care. Pizza is 3.7 all day, I got the New York thin crust when it came out, and it was the same pizza as before nothing different. Tasted old, not fresh, major flop, and greasy. Man I really wish papa would make some better pies.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This is the second time we have ordered delivery from them and waited for over an hour. The first time they took 2+ hours to get our food to us and it was cold. We ordered again giving the benefit of the doubt and this time they canceled our order after 40 min with no call, notification, or explanation and we can’t get a hold of anyone in the store.

Had to head over to this restaurant when our go to one was closed. We placed our order and it was ready in 10 minutes. Only one employee was working during rush and she did great. Having siad that she should not be the only one working during lunch rush!
