I have came to this location at least twice a month for the past 3 years. I have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, and get the pizzas made very quickly, but still make high quality pizza. Some fast food restaurants get a bad rap, like the Taco Bell down the street, but not this Papa Johns. They are top notch. I usually use the app to order and drive the 5 minutes to get there. I may have to wait a few minutes for the pizza to come out of the oven, but it’s never been a long wait.

I’ve paid for pizzas for my whole family late Thursday night and they never deliver it. The app says it was delivered but it wasn’t. and when I called to complain about it, papa John pizza with closed on Kentucky Avenue in Camby. This is not the first time Papa John’s in Camby, Indiana on Kentucky Avenue had done this to me. They took my money online and never deliver .

My papadia was crispy critter, and no BBQ sauce. My son’s was cooked correctly, but loaded with BBQ he didn’t request. Never again. The store on W. Wash. St. is way better. Lesson learned the hard way.

Even when I totally forgot about ordering it and managed to be almost 20 mins longer than initial planning, both my pizza and huge chocolate chip cookie pie was still impressively warm. The gorgeous smile from the young woman who tended to my pickup order most definitely makes a person wanna come back again.

I remember when the gave out 2 decent sized banana peppers with the pizza. This one gave one tiny one. Asked for extra sauce, didn’t get extra and the toppings were scarce for what I ordered. Every other slice qas bare. Never again. Lost another customer for life. Also didn’t get the cheese cup I ordered. What a waste.

Fantastic food, though the time to get the pizza is not great. Hence the three stars. We switched to little Ceasars years ago and rarely get papa John’s simply because the wait time is ridiculous and redundant. Sorry papa, twenty minutes to thirty is understandable, and hour and a half is not.

Never order from here. I called and ordered a meat thin crust pizza . They sent a supream. I’m allergic to olives, and this pizza has olives all over it. I called them back, and they did absolutely nothing to make it rite

Did not receive the 2 cheese sauces ordered with our food. Not the end of the world, but highly annoying since it keeps happening. Also, the driver was very friendly but 25+ minutes late because the app said he was “delivering other orders on his way” when we literally live across the street.

So I ordered some pizza from this location and the delivery driver left in on my porch without knocking on the door. By the time I got to it, it was ice cold. I called the store and the lady told me she would get me a credit on my next order. When I ended up calling, I got the credit but once again the driver didn’t knock on the door. Luckily I got to it in time before it went cold. The staff is really friendly and I appreciate them for giving me the credit. However I advise any potential customers that you are better off going to the store to pick up your pizza instead of having it sit outside, potentially vulnerable to raccoons.

Ordered my food at 5:09. Received a notice my food would take approximately 32 minutes. 55 minutes goes by and I receive notification, not only did my food just leave the store 20 minutes late, but it will be another 15 minutes because the driver is dropping off another order on the way. If that wasn’t irritating enough, because their site says NOTHING about this even being a possibility or I would’ve ordered from somewhere else gladly (my kids like Papa John’s, not me), my food was cold and soggy! I will not order from here again
