Honestly, Papa John’s gets a lot of heat from people. I get it, sometimes things don’t turn out, the order is incorrect, people having bad days and bringing it to work. But last night, we ordered 2 large pizzas and they looked good and they tasted good! They were both correct and the whoever the delivery driver was, shout out to him!

Ordered on doordash and originally they sent the wrong pizza entirely. Got a refund through doordash and re ordered the pizza. Pizza was stuck to the pan it was cooked on and was only able to get 3 pieces off to actually eat. This papa johns was called both times and they told me I had to do everything through doordash and get a refund. I just wanted a pizza bro. I understand ordering through doordash is a different system but straight up I just wanted a pepperoni pizza for dinner. Guess that’s too much to ask for from this place ♂️

This is the last Papa John’s pizza I order. I ordered a large Pepperoni, Sausage & Six Cheese Pizza (Specialty) with extra sauce. First, it took an hour to deliver on Sunday evening. Worse, it was a terrible excuse for pizza and a total waste of $25!

Husband brought this home from this location today, taste like cardboard, half the crust is so thin it’s almost as thin as paper, and then some is barely raised at all, box says crust that’s perfectly pillowy lol and pretty sure that’s not this pizza, very disappointed , will not be purchasing from thos location anymore, stick to the one thats closer to our house he just happend to be next door at an appointment so he picked some up to bring home. False advertisement and should be disappointed in the quality that they sent this out like this, they didn’t even care it’s obvious oh forgot to add that one of the garlic were open and leaked all over inside the box and the outside but my husband didn’t realize till he got home and was eating it and the box was literally soaked from garlic

After waiting so long to get my order, the driver took my order to the wrong address. I contacted the store and the rude employee hung up on me when I told her I wanted a refund because I’m not giving my money to an incompetent business. Called back and spoke to the assistant manager who didn’t even have the decency to apologize. They will never get my business again.
