I would give 0 stars if I could. I even called and asked if they would please double check my order prior to sending it out because the previous 2 times I ordered it was incorrect (I never called them because it was the fist couple of times, I know people aren’t perfect). But once I am on my 3rd order and it is still not correct then I called and said something.

Did not receive my two pizzas which were pepperoni pizza and bacon pizza. Driver never showed and took my pizzas back and said he couldn’t find the front door. Which I find it interesting for you can’t miss our apartment complex front door. We have had two other pizza places delivered to us and they were able to find the front door. We really were looking forward for Papa John’s pizza.

Everytime I order something that’s not pizza it’s wrong. You can clearly see it says no onions and no mushrooms… but there is mushrooms and onions. So frustrating. And there is not much more then a small layer of food in the papa bowl.

I think as a society we’re quick to leave bad reviews so let me leave a good one. My order started out bad somehow my sausage pizza became a buffalo chicken pizza and I absolutely hate hot sauce. I was mad. Not only did the pizza take forever to get to me but I also couldn’t eat it. I called up to the store ready to yell but I was met with the kindness of (K)Cathy the manager. She spoke to me about how they are still training and hiring new employees and how sorry she was that my dinner was ruined. She offered to remake it there on the spot but at that point we were 10 minutes until close so instead I agreed to us fixing it later so they could get the store closed. Kindness goes a long way on both ends and I respect her trying to come up with a solution. So thank you (K)Cathy, Craig, and the rest of the team!

3 hours and still no dinner. They said it just left the first time I called. They said Doordash canceled the order the second time I called. They would remake and send it out. After waiting and still no dinner, they would not answer the phone. They keep putting me on hold. This is ridiculous. Won’t be ordering from here again. Refund was put through.

I received the wrong order and missing items. When I called the store to get this corrected the Manager who said her name was Kelsey, told me they outsourced my delivery to doordash so it was not their problem to fix. She would credit my account a couple dollars or I could find a ride myself to come up there. So I paid for an order and paid to have it delivered, I did not get what I ordered and I cannot get it corrected. She refused to help or offer any solution and continued to blame it on doordash. I did not order doordash I order Papa Johns delivery, The store chose to subcontract out the delivery without my acceptance and I should not be liable for this. This Manager was extremely rude and told me there was no one else I could talk too. The store messes up and the customer is wrong and has to suffer… What is the logic in this thinking to running a successful business?
