The customer service here is 10/10. The manager was so nice. We used them to cater our rehearsal dinner and the guests raved about how awesome the pizza was. The delivery guy arrived right on time. The price was so affordable. We will definitely continue to use this location. They are great!!

Not sure what has changed but I’m loving it, seems like a new manager came in and the food and service has been 100% better, I’ll definitely be ordering more now. I ordered carry out and the it was done super fast, and the male that was working was actually super friendly and helpful. Just all around so much better

Papa John’s is my favorite of the chain pizza restaurants, and this location has some staff members who are above and beyond kind. I like the sauce here, and the bread sticks are my favorite. I like that Papa Johns’ pizza is not greasy, as it is at some other places.

Have had papa John’s before and have had it delivered before. Got two pizzas and they took almost 30 minutes to get here when i live maybe 5 minutes away, the breading was so thin it fell off the crust when you tried to pick it up, and it had an excess amount of grease you’d expect to see when draining hamburger. Don’t know if it was cause it was a delivery order so they just decided not to care or what but i’m not ordering from here again. Almost 50 dollars for 2 pizzas that weren’t even as good as a frozen store bought.

ordered pizza at 520pm said it would be delivered in 35 minutes. An hour an fifteen minutes no pizza. Called store said driver had issues when they find another driver it would be deliver. As of 1hr 30min still no pizza. It won’t be fresh and probably will dried out from being under heat lamps. After 1hr and 40 minute we have 2 cold pizzas.

I have always been a huge fan of Papa Johns. It’s my favorite. I will never order from this store again! My pizza arrived very under cooked. I called and politely spoke to a manager about my doughy pizza. He apologized and offered a fresh new pizza. The new pizza arrives even more under cooked and doughy than the first. I understand that “order times” and “delivery times” are important to corporate, but customers care about fresh, hot, COOKED pizza. Get it together, Papa Johns.
