Friday, May 8th, 2020 I ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza with cheese sticks for my son and I. When It arrived, the pizza was a mess! This is not the first time this has happened at this location. So I took my concerns to corporate. I made a complaint and then on May 11th, 2020 I received a call from Destiny. I assume she is the GM of this location. She assured me that she had issued a refund and that I would receive it in my account in 7-10 business days. It never hit my account. On May 27th, 2020 I called the location to speak with her and she was not in. So I called back the next day and she still was not present at the location. I spoke with someone else and they gave me the number to corporate. Which I already had. So I gave corporate another call on May 28th, 2020 and spoke to one of their representatives. She told me that upper management would reach out to me the next day on May 29th, 2020. It has been 3 days and no call from anyone! It is no surprise that products like this leave their establishments. Especially now that I have experienced their LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will not visit any Papa John’s locations in the future! I will take my business elsewhere! I would have given 0 stars, but there is not an option!

First off, I asked for my delivery to be no contact. The driver literally Waited In his car then on my porch for me to answer. Then I get my pizza and it is cut in triangles I asked for square cut. I HATE triangles. I called to speak with a manager who stated she made the mistake and apologized. She also offered to send me out another pizza the correct way. But when the next pizza arrives IT IS TRIANGLES AGAIN!! I do NOT understand why this KEEPS happening. I understand businesses are busy but I pay for what I want so why is this such a big problem!!

I tried to order one time a few weeks ago, and the manager said they wouldn’t send drivers out unless there was a minimum $5 tip, due to gas prices. That was ridiculous to me, there is already a fee included and I ALWAYS tip the 5 anyway. That wasn’t a problem. It was the manager stating that they refused to deliver unless the tip was guaranteed. I’ve ordered from them for countless years and now I was refused service, even with a tip guaranteed tonight, just because it was 20 minutes prior. I understand not wanting to because of close to shut down time. But what pizza place closes at 10 on a Friday night? Especially a big franchise? This is the second time I felt like I was rejected from my favorite pizza place. Never again. They people are the WORST.

Horrible customer service, ordered online picked up got home order all jacked up! Called asked for the manager, when he finally came to the phone I told him the several issues with my order. His response was oh our bad, sorry we forgot your items, and then told him I didn’t get the garlic parmesan crust I ordered he said must have slipped our vision before putting your pizza in the oven. No offer to return food for correct order no big deal in this “manager’s” opinion I guess! Last time I order at this poor excuse of a pizza place! Hopefully all the poor customer service and inability to get orders right shuts this location down soon to make way for an establishment that strives to be customer friendly and on their game! Also this is what they do to you when you call them back to get the manager on duties name.. Lol what a joke!!!
