This is the go to pizza when your at home for delivery. I’ve had it many of times, and will have it again. This round was really good, and it was still hot when I received it. We like to mix up the toppings on the pizza, they have some really great tasting spicy chicken, and they have good breadsticks, with a variety of dipping sauces. Dont forget you can order something to drink as well. They have a reward program that gives you points, so you can earn money off your next order, which makes it nice. One more thing, they have desserts as well.

Customer service here is terrible. Ordered pizza the app said it was delivered but no pizza. Called and was told our order just left bee there soon. Called back 15min later looking for our food once again was told they just gave it to the door dash driver, we didn’t order through door dash but as long as it gets here. 20 min later we get a call saying our order was taken by door dash and they don’t know where it is. They then told us we can pay for the order again after waiting 2 hours. Don’t know who runs this place but sounds like they need to find a new job.

Multiple bad experiences when picking up carry out orders. I’ve seen several customers being ignored at the drive up before they park and walk in. Last time, I waited 30 minutes before they told me it wasn’t ready and I left without it.

Do not waste your time or money ordering delivery. They doordash all their deliveries and on my last order it was sent with 2 different drivers and neither of them actually delivered it to me. Have to now wait till the morning to call their corporate number to get my refund and have to figure out another way to feed my family.

That was just the first black olive in my MEATZA pizza I found. First time using the reward’s program. Odd timing on that … I ordered meat. I hate olives. Some veggies are ok , IF I ORDER THEM , on my pizza. 4 pizza’s in a row on point from this location, last one (number 5)… was the last one I order. Deal breaker.

Order pizza from there tonight and when door dash arrived with my order it was someone else’s. I called the store and they sent my order out again, but this time they left part of the order out. The manager sarah hung up on me when I called backed the second time. She was rude and un helpful.

I seldom get pizza from this location because they are EXTREMELY SLOW, they need major customer service training (I believe there’s a lot of teens working here without experience). There is also limited parking in front of the storefront but extra parking on the side which poses a safety hazard for customers. The thing that will probably keep me from coming back to this location… A manager taking cash in her hand while she is making pizza dough and not even trying to hide what she’s doing.

Spend over 30mins standing in the lobby for a pick up order that was paid for and finished. Not once did they acknowledge me. Twice they gave out orders to customers who arrived after I had already been waiting. I will not be returning for future business.
