I was quite disappointed when I made my order and my points did not get applied, despite my selection to do so, via the app. However, the food arrived shockingly fast and the driver was extremely courteous and had a very positive attitude, a rarity for Indianapolis. If there was a way to have my order corrected and my points applied to the purchase, I would ask that the $20 I paid go to the driver for the exceptional service.

Updating review as of 8/13/23, the issues remain. They still don’t ever provide extras, almost as if it is intentional. They also outsource their delivery to door dash so you can’t have drivers check for the correctness of the orders.

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas received one pepperoni and one cheese did not realize and kids thought I ordered it that way so they never said anything. I woke up went to eat pizza and saw that it was cheese I called store he said he could’ve find order. I have my receipt but I guess that wasn’t good enough… I should have checked

QUIT USING DOORDASH FOR DRIVERS. The entire reason I ordered Papa John’s to begin with was to avoid doordash entirely. Original order said it would take 30-40 minutes. After 40 minutes the tracker just stopped working and then I get a text saying your order is taking long than expected we will text you when it’s out for delivery. It wasn’t even out for delivery?? Then I get another text after 15 minutes saying doordash is on the way to pick up my pizza. Great. Now I have to wait for the driver to complete other deliveries. He arrives, waiting at the door when I wanted contactless delivery, even asked me to get my own food out of the bag. Barely warm pizza waited well over an hour for.

I only put one star in order to submit a review. I really try n support any business with actual employees that are working. This is the second experience with this location in which I never received my order. The first time, a few months ago, my $50+ order for my whole family’s dinner never came. When I finally called the store to see why ot was taking so long, it was closed. No order ever arrived. Thus evening, I ordered at 7:30pm. Taking into consideration a Friday night and being the rush, they said 45 – 60 min delivery time. I waited until 9:00 pm to call (90 minutes later) and I was told my order has been marked as “delivered” bit it was setting in front of the lady on the phone. She then asks if I can come get it, and if not, it’d be another 30 minutes. Really? After being charged delivery charges, and a house full of hungry kids. I don’t think I want $52 +tip COLD pizzas and bread sticks. Maybe we’ll try again in the far future, but for now, 0 STARS!!!! Pathetic

I placed my order for 4 boxes of wings and a medium pizza at 9:55pm and paid $43.54 off my bank card. They processed and took my money off my card and I went to track my order just to see that they canceled my order and I have 4 kids to feed and I have not received my money back on my card. I don’t appreciate it and I’m livid about feeding my kids. They get zero stars and they could have just delivered my food.

A whole pizza was missing from my order and when we called the store to ask about it, they claimed they didn’t have an order from us. No idea how to go about getting my $ back since there’s no option to report missing food. Don’t recommend. I want my money back… Or at least my pizza!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not ONCE have I gotten everything I’ve ordered. They make you pay 60 cents extra for sauces and don’t even include them. Our pizza took over TWO HOURS to be delivered at which point I couldn’t even contact the store because they’d already closed. Once it arrived, we had to warm up both our pizza and breadsticks and didn’t receive our sauce. Not only that, but the peppers were not even cut. Just CHUNKS thrown on the pizza. When I called to speak to a manager for a refund she did not once say sorry or even seem to care. As someone who has worked in management before she should be absolutely EMBARRASSED about how this location is ran. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!
