If I could give 0 stars I would. So basically after not ordering from PJ for over a year and a half we decided to give them another chance. Needless to say it was just as bad as I remember. After spending 40$ on a medium 2 topping and order of bread with a 9$ tip, The pizza was COLD! Not luke warm literally cold. As if it rode in the front with the AC blasting it the whole way. The crust on half the pizza is so burnt it crumbles when you touch it. To top it off the garlic Parmesan breadsticks had NO GARLIC PARMESAN ! If I wanted to cook a pizza in my own oven I wouldn’t have ordered out The sad part is the pictures make it look better than it is in person ♀️

I’d suggest checking every pizza you order. I guess 16″ in the Papa John’s Universe means 14″ in reality. The pictures say it all. Would have only one star but gave two for the speed of my 14″ pizza at the 16″ price. Buyer Beware!!

I’ve ordered Philly Cheesesteak online twice in the last month. I ordered extra steak on the first order, extra steak, green peppers and onions on the second order. I was confused at the order at checkout but I assumed that the pizza peeps were trained to identify when extra of things were ordered. I personally felt that I did not get extra toppings…not even close. I’m going to attempt it again tonight…we shall see.

I have to preface this review with the fact that we always carry out. I can’t speak to the quality of the pizza that’s delivered but I can say we have used the specific Papa John’s for over 15 years and I can count on one hand the times we’ve got a pizza that was less than excellent. I guess I should also share that in that time we’ve ordered, with no exaggeration, we’ll over 150 pizzas! Keep up the great work staff at Papa John’s on Southport.

A lady answered the phone and has trouble understanding how to take down information. Incompetent. They forgot my cheese sauce. The pizza wasn’t worth it. Manager offered to give me free cheese sauce next order instead of crediting me back the amount. Keep the cheese sauce, taste this review

First of all why have ordering online if it’s not going to speed up the process I placed an online order watched as the app showed my order being made ,ready went to pick it up and had to wait in the store while the only young lady working the counter was taking phone orders and not one other person working could help those waiting for pick up

We visit this Papa John’s on a regular basis, because it’s close to home & has decent deals. However, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I’m pretty sure they have never gotten my order correct in the past year. Order/pay for extra sauces, never receive them. We have started to check. Now we’re missing entire ingredients from our pizza we pay extra for. So now we have to check out pizzas. Get it together
