Bad everything, this place makes fun of people and they rather cancel orders and call them scammers orders and it’s actually customers placing their orders. WHY USE OTHER PLATFORMS AND MAKE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT??? They argue with third party drivers when it’s CLEARLY that when DOORDASH cancels an order there won’t be a SECOND, THIRD, &’ TENTH person to pickup the same order that was canceled. They LIE about everything and to top it off they always touching their phones while they’re making pizza that’s really DISGUSTING. Who doesn’t be on their phones while potty??? Yeah DISGUSTING.

Employees barely cut the pizza. When asking about topping they seemed like it was a burden to answer the phone. Pizza was made with minimal quality. Seriously consider going somewhere other than Papa Johns because their “customer service” is a help line that leaves you on hold for as long as they want. Horrible location and franchise.

Their inside is closed so all they have to worry about is drive-through, and they still somehow manage to forget it exists. They’re never near the window and always have to wait for someone. Normally greeted with silence or a rude “Can I help you?”. On top of that, they apparently need to sharpen their knives or apply more pressure because i’ve never received a fully cut pizza from here.

Ordered a custom Pizza Bowl online. Pulled up to drive through 2-3 min after estimated pickup time. Waited a few min with no response. Noticed the “ring for service” button and pressed it. No response for an additional 2-3 min. Pulled around and parked out front. Went up to the door and found it locked. One of the employees made gestures indicating I needed to go through the drive through. Went back to drive through and pressed the button. No response for 1-2 min. Honked my horn in case the button was broken. Still no response for 1-2 min. Knocked on the window and finally got a response. The employee who came to the window responded with profanity. I was pretty irritated and responded in kind. After a short mutually unproductive conversation the employee said they were too busy pulling pizzas out of the oven to respond to the drive through. Employee finally asked for the name on the order. After giving my name the employee said the order was canceled and sarcastically added “Have a nice day.” Clearly this store has serious management issues. There were at least 3 employees in the store and during the 6+ minutes I was there not one of them could be bothered to take 30 seconds to come to the window and indicate they busy and needed a few more minutes.

I received only my bread sticks and dessert. My bread sticks were not correct and I didn’t even receive my large pizza! Not to mention they were extremely rude to my door dash driver. If my order was too close to closing time they should have cancelled my order and called it day. This is my 3rd time ordering from this location and 1/3 of my times ordering had my food been partially correct. The first time my food never even arrived I waited for multiple hours even called my dasher. I had to get a refund the next day, the second time the food was partially correct, and now I can’t even get the PIZZA. The main thing I’m ordering for. Just cancel the order next time. Order from anywhere else. The person running this location clearly doesn’t have enough staff or staff that don’t care. Maybe even both.
