If I could rate it any lower I would as I had to wait over two hours for a pizza and it barely arrived warm. Corporate tried to make things right with a promotional code for a free pizza but it isn’t even for the location where I’d be ordering from. Was basically told to complain about corporate to corporate to get a new code.

There system went down so they were refusing to make our pizza that we already paid for. They was going give us pizza the next day but that wouldn’t do us any good after some haggling they made the pizza.

So very very appreciative of how amazing this location has been to me. I ordered a pizza at 10am and I work in a medical facility and couldn’t get enough time for break to pick it up. I showed up around 3:20pm or so and apologized and explained why I would’ve been in sooner if I could have. They were so sweet and let me know that they would make it fresh for me and I just couldn’t be thankful enough for all their kindness. They even brought my pizza out to me at my car. I am so so thankful for the amazing service I’ve received! Highly recommend this Papa John’s location!

So disappointed with the service and food. The food was cold, sauces half full, papadias were cut incorrectly and barely had anything in them. Sad thing is this isn’t the 1st time. This location has gone downhill on food quality and custmer service. Ordering for a family of 6 is by no means cheap especially when your leaving a 10-15 dollar tip everytime and have a delivery fee. The delivery driver stacked the boxes up right on the top step so when you open the door they fell down the steps. He also forgot our pop. When we called the store to see about having them correct their mistakes which we never do because who wants to be that person… we got a we’ll put you down on the books for quality insurance just let us know next time you order.
