I’m not the type of person to complain and i tried to fix the problem before writing this. According to the manager “they put a specific amount of meat on each papadia” I don’t even think if they put any vegetables on there it would cover half of the crust. Very very disappointing.

This is the pizza we ordered with no cheese, overcooked, and the sauce is too sweet. Try not to ever get thin crust. The manager was very nice about replacing it. It was better but still sweet. I guess I just don’t like Papa John’s. My suggestion is try to call the actual store. The person that took my order wasn’t listening to me, I had to keep repeating my answers. And before I could ask him another question he hung up on me. I won’t be going back. I feel like I wasted my money and I wish I could have gotten it back.

Placed an order for delivery and was given a 50-minute window to receive it, 55 minutes later I get a text saying order is taking longer than expected. Another 20 minutes passed and got an email that my order was canceled. Never again papa johns never again…

My order was confirmed for an 70 minute delivery time and I said I would pay cash. I was then called back and asked if I could pay with a card because they had no one to deliver my order and would be switching it to door dash.. my pizza was said to arrive now in 95 minutes. No apologies of any kind (although being short-staffed is not their fault). Regardless, very poor customer service. I said I can just come pick up the order then.. The gentleman on the phone then proceeded to ask me if I can call back a replace my entire order because he could not figure out how to take the delivery charge off of the pizza and switch it back to pick up. After all of that, I called back several different times (because now my entire family has is waiting on papa John’s) and no one answered the phone. What a terrible experience. Won’t be ordering there again.

Had a problem with the online app order but Nicholas at the store really helped us out! Had called corporate to fix something with the online app order, and the corporate customer service team there was no help and actually placed the blame on the store which was not the case at all! The corporate customer service even added a complaint to these guys record which is crazy and should not have happened because it was only an app problem. This location actually treated us great especialy Nicholas!

Lady on the phone taking the order spoke entirely too fast & was difficult to understand. She asked if I was paying cash or credit. I said cash and then she told me they don’t take cash at the store. I asked her why she gave me the option, there was a silence. I had to ask her again why she gave me the option for cash or credit. Her reply was we only take credit card over the phone. This lady doesn’t even work at the store I ordered from. They have a general order dispatch. Last time for me. Ill order local and support the mom & pop pizza place.
