Pizza was perfect, but my order took an additional 25-30 minutes to complete. They said it would take 10… They had the lakers game on the tv so maybe that’s what helped cause the delay. Some guy also mentioned they had just ” let go a few people 35-45 minutes ago”…. This could also have caused the delay.

These guys were fantastic! I came in to pick up two DoorDash orders. I had never had a pizza order and did not have insulated bags. They gave me two! You have to pay for them on Dasher app! Then one of the workers (who also happened to be a Dasher) gave me great ideas on how to do better Dashing! (I’m fairly new) These guys were awesome! One of the workers even took the picture DoorDash required because they wouldn’t except mine because I have tremors occasionally and couldn’t get a good photo. Awesome!

Not only was it prompt delivery. But the delivery guy was so awesome he actually explained to my 6-year-old how to ride a bike! I happen to be teaching my son how to ride a bike with out training wheels (yea my 6 year old still needs training wheels.. judge much lol) when he pulled up and he helped give him advice. He could have easily just handed me the pizza jumped in his car and left but he took a minute to explain to my son to quit looking at the ground and keep his eyes up. Even use a baseball analogy.great delivery guy. Not his first time here.

Will not order again. Crust like cardboard. Specifically asked for garlic dipping sauce and red pepper flakes. Neither included. Asked for delivery and not told the delivery fee. Taste nothing like the Papa John pizza I remembered from few years ago. Would not recommend or buy again.

We normally order from here, we LOVE PJ pizza. I placed an online order tonight and was called about 5 minutes after from the manager stating that they had been slow, so they shut the ovens down “about a half hour ago to have them cleaned.” I told him I definitely appreciated the call, but was kind of upset that some people don’t get home from work right at 5pm and can order dinner, so the people that get home late can’t order what they want. All in all, we will still order from here as they ALWAYS have great customer service, but if you can’t fulfill orders, close your online ordering?

If I could give them a 0 I would. Brianna the manager was extremely rude over the phone. My wife JUST placed the order and it was going to her work. Immediately we called and attempted to have it diverted to our home. Brianna told us there is nothing she can do and next time verify your address before you submit an online order. Our first solution was seeing if we could cancel the order and resubmit with correct address, but Brianna said it’s already being made and too late. We called right after submitting so no way this was possible. Then I asked if we could pick it up or just have the driver deliver to our home. Apparently those bother we’re not options according to Brianna. When we asked what we were suppose to do she said “it wasn’t her problem”. So we drove all the way to the wife’s work to get out order.
