Second Chance, Got a Raw Pizza Again! adding more photos, So NEVER AGAIN. I tried them twice 1 week apart and it looks like they forgot how to make pizza, I have eaten frozen pizzas that are better. The have good wings but they are a Pizza Place but they can’t make a pizza that is completly cooked. I had to finish cooking it, and added my own ingrediants because they just make a terrible pizza. Just go somewhere else, they do not deserve your buisness because they do not care about their customers. 1 Star is more than they deserve. You can see below I had to finish cooking my own pizza. that is the photo with the pizza that looks cooked on my pizza pan.

I want my money back. Door dash delivered my pizza to the rental office. I gave the employee who took my order the lot number, but somehow the driver didn’t get the info. So, my pizza was cold and I had to drive to retrieve it. I was loyal to you guys for 23 years. This is not acceptable. I won’t order from you again. I paid way too much and was treated poorly.

Just so you guys know and stop complaining about it. They are not required to wear gloves in that type of work. Hand washing is more effective than using gloves especially in that type of work. They get audits often. Don’t you think if it was a health hazard it would have been stopped by now? Why does every location do the same things? They are not breaking any rules.

Ordered a personal pan with a drink, with Cheese sticks. By the time I got the pizza it was already cold, did not have extra cheese that I had asked for. The drink never came. I called twice both time on hold for over 5 minutes and the second time I called I was on hold for 34 minutes before being hung up on. So as I am writing this on hold for the third time and as of now been on hold over ten minutes. This store has not treated me well although since working I have no other choice but to use them.

Pizza was a hr late, disgusting pizza wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs, called to complain and they wouldn’t answer our call, father road bike all the way up there and they wasn’t helpful said we didn’t order from that store and wasn’t in system they lied, then I called today and general manager wasn’t helpful either, what would they do next to our pizza if they remake it? I want our money back and not another pizza…….

Order online. Says 60 minutes. Get to the store after 70 minutes. Told they haven’t started it yet it’ll be another 30-35 minutes. 35 minutes later, was just told it’ll be another 15 minutes. Not very happy with this service. I wish Papa John Schnatter was back at the helm of this empire.
