I got 4 things. my pizza was missing one topping out of 2, my Dorito cool ranch papadias came with no cool ranch dust or dip, my honey chipotle wings had NO sause on them and came with cool ranch dip instead of just ranch. only thing wasn’t messed up was my 2 liter of pop.

Tried to order 3 pizzas over the phone. Do not recommend. Got sent to a call center in what seemed like India just to order a pizza from across town. Talked to someone I couldn’t understand for fifteen minutes. Finally he transfered me to the store and the girl who answered told me I’d have to place my order through the call center. Never again. Went somewhere else in Huntington and got better pizza. I’d rather eat frozen pizza over having to deal with ordering from that place again.

Called to order 2 large pizzas. Female work said she didn’t have time to take off a coupon for buy one get one off. So she hung up. So i called back. Got a Male worker. He was happy to take order and apologize for the female worker. He had heard her when trying to order the first time. When to top it all off with her great costumer service. Walked in to pick up pizzas. Gentlemen said the female worker would be right there. So I waited seeing her standing in the corner drying her hands. Then disappearing behind the oven. Waiting another 5 minutes. She slowly walked to the register. The lady had a very bad attitude speaking with me and even raised her voice. Will not be returning. Awful service.

I rarely leave bad reviews, I don’t believe that a random situation should be a general evaluation. Sadly, this location has been going downhill for months. Over the past 8 orders there has been something wrong, with our past night missing THREE pizzas and one pizza made wrong on top of it.. On an order of over $70 they only delivered 3 out of 6 boxes. I am giving 2 stars because they agreed to replace the missing pizzas. Nothing like paying a delivery fee and tipping to having to go pickup the missing pizzas so it’s not another hour wait.

Had the pleasure of being served by Holly and Trey tonight. Not only was the customer service amazing the food was fantastic. They kept us up to date on our order with several phone calls and made sure we were satisfied including cups plates and napkins. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner and staff ☺️
