We were excited to try the pepperoni crusted papadia and ordered it without the alfredo sauce. After getting home and opening the box, we were very disappointed. There was no seasoning on the outside and it was burnt. After opening the papadia up, there was very little inside.

I ordered 4 pizzas online for pick-up at Noon on a Saturday. They were ready on time and tasted great. I got a good deal on them. I like ordering online to get points for free food. The young lady that rang me up was really friendly and even offered free plates and napkins. I would definitely order from there again.

I ordered the new spicy pepperoni rolls along with another item from New Haven Papa John’s. When I got them & opened the box they looked old or not done, dough looked discolored & did not have any rise to it. Definetly do not look like they do in the poster, commercial or last order I had. Just look at them? Do they look good to you? If not why serve them to a customer?

I ordered a square cut well done Pizza that was undercooked sausage was lukewarm cheese wasn’t even melted thoroughly and the dough was stretchy and gooey inside. The employees at this particular Papa John’s are rude and disrespectful when I try to call as a courtesy because they always get the order wrong when I use the website. Last time it was an undercooked Pizza with the wrong details today I tried again and I was put on hold for 14 minutes and when I call back again I was hung up on and I called the third time as I was driving there myself to see the manager and I was told there was no manager on duty and that my pizza haven’t even been processed as an order even though it was time for it to be picked up so I had to wait loidering in the parking lot and additional 25 minutes for a pizza I ordered an hour earlier. The guys that work in the kitchen are disrespectful young punks and I will never spend another dime in any Papa John’s restaurant because of the unacceptable amount of belligerent disrespectful Behavior I have had to endure from this place if you want your whole night screwed up go ahead and try it out but you’d be better off eating at McDonald’s and getting the poops

I usually don’t take the time to leave a review. Good or bad. I just don’t, but I feel I need to this time. I have been getting my pizza from the New Haven location for years now. Even before when it was across the street in the Kroger lot. I obviously enjoy Papa Johns pizza. I must say though when Brittany(probably spelled wrong) works the food is phenomenal. Makes me want to repeat my order the following day. Not sure if it’s just her insanely positive attitude or what. But it reflects that in the food! Whatever you are doing keep it up!

Normally I love papa John’s but tonight I was severely disappointed. Not only did we place our order over an hour prior to when we wanted it delivered (so they had plenty of time to make it) my pizza was AN HOUR LATE! Finally we got my pizza and the pizza was cold and I had to microwave it in order for it to even be warm. I feel as if they forgot our pizza and never even felt the need to call and inform us that they forgot about us or why our order was an hour late. My fiancé paid for a very disappointing pizza and while I’m still going to eat it I am eating it with disappointment and regret. I could have just had pizza rolls.
