We ordered two pizzas and they made them both incorrectly despite having the correct order on the receipt. Also what happened to the crust? We’ve been big fans of Papa Johns for years so we are used to quality every time we come and have been disappointed the last few times. Customer service was wonderful but pizza quality has taken a huge dump.

Their pizza is absolutely disgusting anymore. Everytime I order a pizza, the dough isn’t cooked through, and it’s HORRIBLE. They don’t give out refunds, and do not take the issues seriously. I would rather eat at a rated C restaurant than to eat their raw nasty food.

Food was great but my friend ordered online for me to pick up and I was not able to verify that they gave me the complete order. They forgot a pizza. Partially our fault but their’s as well. My friend called them afterwards and they refunded the cost of the pizza they forgot though, no questions.

Love this papa johns! Service are food are awesome, I love how they always double check the pizzas and extras to make sure its all there before handing it to you. I’m never missing anything. The only thing that takes a hit is atmosphere, but I’m not sure if that’s exactly fair. The location is TINY, but it’s take out/delivery only. I just wish there were a bit more room, because it can get really cramped when they’re busy. But that’s not even an issue if you just do delivery. Other than that, awesome location.
