Three different times now I have received lousy pizza from the Papa John’s in Madison, In. There was more sauce than cheese, and 3 of 8 slices had no toppings. I will drive from Hanover to Madison to pick up Dominos or Pizza Hut pizza, before I order another pizza from Papa John’s. Horrible way to do business.

Normally the pizza is fantastic! I usually order 1 to 3 times a week due to a frantic work week for me and my wife. Today is a different story…. the pizzas were horrible! The crust was hard with horrible flavor. The pizza itself had a sour taste too it that turned my stomach and the manager that answered to see what we could do about our issues was extremely short and hateful towards me and my wife!

Very disorganized. I was feeding my beautiful family of six and upon ordering, I discovered that the time of delivery was 119-129 minutes. YIKES!! It was explained to me that that particular location was a couple of delivery drivers shorts at night for the demand that they had. I literally ended up helping one of the delivery drivers with her load to her vehicle.
