Manager for night shift is very rude. Has cancelled 8 orders because there “out of ingredients” he cancelled the orders because dashers are coming in and taking orders. Papa John’s policy is if they are out of ingredients they call another store. He cancelled a large pizza because he was out of bowls that are not needed for a large pizza. I went in and explained what was happening and he asked me to leave the store. I give this store a 0 star rating and call the manager a theif. Doordash pays for cancelling orders. So he is by law stealing from doordash. I have called corporate and spoke with doordash about the fraud and theft coming from this store. Corporate told me that they are aware of the cancelling orders and they have been keeping an eye on it for a while. I get dashes out of there until that same manager is working. This Papa John’s is by far the worst store I have ever been to. This manager needs fired!!!!! I will call corporate office and the better business bureau every day until he is fired and they realize he is a theif!!!!

This Papa John’s location is just so disappointing. This is the 3rd time this month I place a delivery order in between 9pm-10pm that always gets cancelled because they are out of stock on a new item each time. Do you really have to cancel my order because you have no jalapeño toppings?? Simply notify the customer about it and swap for another topping or take out that topping entirely. Last time I went to pick up my order not only was it cancelled again but the employees were playing sword fight in front of the register with kitchen items. So ridiculous, no regard or anything for their customers, no type of communication with the customers either. Is this really how you want to run a business? Either hire people who will take their job seriously or do better at training them. Nobody has any type of good customer service here. Seriously at least let me know you’ve cancelled my order, why wait for my Uber eats driver to get there to let them know and have them resolve and issue that isn’t even their fault.

Trash place, I’m sorry this place is so under management. The fifth time coming there as a dasher and they canceled on me every single time and wasted my time. Do not come and dash here. I finally called this the last order, never coming here to pick up order again. Kids that work there playing around with pizza box doing sword fights. Rude and disrespectful to the dasher. You will only waste your time here. They will come up with excuses like there is no ingredients for this and that and just dismiss you. You are a restaurant, you don’t know what restocking is? If they want to run this place, they need more training on their management team.

Very rude. Waited 2 hours for a pizza. They apparently went to the wrong address and decided to cancel the order. Instead of using the address that’s in the system. Was told that I didn’t give the unit number in the address and they have it on recording but then he couldn’t bring that up since I certainly told him my address instead I apologizing for their mistake they wanted to blame me. Will not be ordering from papa John again. This is the last straw. Not the first issue with this very rude staff. Corporate needs to step in. Very bad management to allow rude employees.

Had the WORST experience on multiple levels trying to order $83 of food. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks with multiple sauces for delivery. Apparently this store doesn’t have its own delivery drivers so they used Door Dash to deliver the food. When the delivery guy got here he only gave me the 3 pizzas, and none of the breadsticks. When I asked where the rest of my order was, he started saying “it’s all right here” even though I pulled up the order on my phone to show him that there were also breadsticks. He then started saying that was the stores fault, that he gave me everything, that I needed to take it up with them, then started speaking Spanish pretending he couldn’t understand me. I then called Papa Johns, who stated they did give him the whole order. I said that I didn’t get the breadsticks so the guy must have just stolen them, and they may want to check up on him and maybe not use him anymore! Then they said they could make me more breadsticks but it would be 40 minutes! And I’d have to come get them. Absolutely terrible customer service. When I finally went to get them, long after we had already eaten our meal, and about 2 hours after I’d originally ordered them, they wouldn’t even refund my money for that part of the order when I asked if I could get them for free or at least a discount The manager said “I’m already giving them to you for free”, no…. I had already paid $83 for the food when I ordered it 2 hours ago! I almost didn’t order food here when I saw they had a 1.5 star review online but decided to give it a chance. Now I see why. Don’t go here, from their delivery service to their store management and customer service, or sucks at every level. Quality of food isn’t good either. DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

In all of my years of enjoying Papa Johns, I have never been treated so disrespectfully over the phone when trying to place an order. Will was the name of the employee. He was very sarcastic and rude, when telling me that they were too busy at the store to place my order and to call the call center back – when it was the call center who already redirected my call to speak with the store directly, being I had purchased a local school’s fundraiser card with a B1G1 promo to use. I’ve used this card several times, without any hassle, until my experience last night with Will. The manager informed me, when I called back, that he isn’t a new employee…and after reading other reviews here, it seems as though he’s upset other people too. Why would you employ someone like that there? Papa Johns should have better standards when it comes to service, and take the reviews of its customers more seriously. Papa Johns has always been my go-to, but I will not be using this location any longer.

Placed an order and it was an hour late. It was a Friday night so while frustrating it was understandable. They also forgot part of my order, there was no way to contact the driver or anyone through the app so I called the store. They were incredibly rude and refused to refund me for the item they didn’t deliver. I don’t know if I will be ordering Papa John’s again in the future, especially from this store. Horrible customer service
