I ordered 1 speciality because I had a free coming because to a passed order mess up, and 2 larger 2 topping pizza for customer appreciation day. When I went to pick them I told them that. And the manager said I could not havre 2 discounts, i said I was not getting 2 discount because I already paid for the messed and was using the credit and the others were for customer appreciation day. I then request for the order to be split and she said no. I tried to work with them at no avail. I told her to keep the 2 customer appreciation pizza. I am so glad that this store appreciation their customers. I would hate to see what they are like if they did not.

First time experience. Total waste of $$$! Unfriendly, terrible customer service. Order was wrong, called them, and they wanted me to bring it back (I picked up) for an exchange. Very inconvenient! Most unfriendly when I came back. The food overall was not fully cooked (chicken). Never going back.

Called to order a pizza for carry out. You do not speak to a person at the store. The call gets sent to a “call center”. The order was sent to the wrong location. Found this out when I arrived. Employees refused to let me place a new order in the correct store. They said I had to call the same number that had just messed up and reorder another pizza. When I did that, the call was sent to someone else who stated I could not order because the call was sent to the wrong extension. Had to order online. Then the pizza looked horrible with sauce everywhere. Staff were very rude and basically shrugged their shoulders. Last time I order from Papa Johns.

So very disappointing. I’m not sure what happened here. First this is my first meatball hoagie from Papa John’s and I’ve been waiting for them to make them for years and was so disappointed in the presentation. There was so much sauce it had burned and you can see parts of it in the picture and the bun was burned black on both sides. I also got a cookie (which was very good) and one of the four for five drink things. He forgot them. He did drive back and was apologetic but when I got to the sandwich, which also wasn’t cut hence the knife, I was so put off. I did enjoy the drivers personality but his attention to detail needs work. Disappointing.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks, the breadsticks I received were very small and not at all how they should be. I put in a complaint and the GM reached out to give me a free order of breadsticks since my last order wasn’t great. I was happy and surprised with how fast they reached out. I ordered Papa Johns again the next week and got the same thing, I ordered extra garlic sauce and when I received my order the breadsticks were 10x better but they did not include any garlic sauce even with the pizza and delivered it to the wrong apartment :/

Left wisconsin on Saturday morning, arrived in Cincinnati, Ohio 11pm with two semi truck trailer loads of Christmas trees. Slept in the trucks in parking lot, peeps showed up at 7am to unload about 1800 Christmas trees took about 6 hours. Left there headed to Bloomington, Indiana about 3 hours away. Got room at courtyard Marriott for the night. Got hot shower, decided to order pizza, cheese bread, plain wings, 2 sodas called in the order at 6:42pm, about 7:30 pm still no delivery, so I called push number 2 check ur order said should arrive between 8:02 -8:12pm , okay like okay, continued to watch TV , 8:30 pm I called papa John’s trying to speak with someone nope not happening, so I called from different number and they answer, WOW….do they forward your number in there system ????? manager tells me been delivered , like no it hasn’t, tells me to check at the door on the floor, Door dash says it was delivered, like no I didn’t use door dash, how they get paid, cause I was paying cash…he apologized said busy from the game and now there slow and can reorder and deliver it now by this time it’s been 2 hours since we ordered , I’m like noway and hung up.
