This Papa John’s is the absolute worst. They cannot get the orders delivered on time ever and rarely get it right. Really wish they would get their act together and actually put some effort into getting things delivered in a timely manner and it actually be correct.

Pizza was undercooked and didn’t have the correct toppings. Cinnamon pull aparts were half cooked and still raw in the middle. Missing 3 special garlic sauces (at a $1 a piece you’d be salty too) and the cheese sticks were hard and dried out with no marinara. Tried calling the store and was placed on hold twice before getting hung up on.

Ordered the works with no olives but with jalapeños for the second time in two weeks. Got a regular works with olives both times. I called them on the last one, and they sent a replacement. The replacement had jalapeños and black olives.

Just tried to order by phone. I cannot comment on this particular location because Papa John’s now uses a call center to take phone orders. The gentleman on the other end of the line struggled so much to understand me that I finally just hung up and went elsewhere. Papa John’s corporate: PLEASE stop using your call center and do the basics with excellence!

Literally worst experience yet from this place and will not be ordering from them again. It’s July 4th you have Door Dash do a delivery for my order who never show up. Then when I call they redo the order and have one of their drivers deliver. Order comes then upon inspection they missing toppings on one of the pizzas. Look I have been pretty consistent supporter of this pizza company since I was in the military. Well This Combat Veteran after getting treated like this on July 4th will not be ordering from you again!
