We used to order from this location and quit doing so a couple of years ago because every pizza we received was undercooked. Recently, we gave it a try again, received our order on time, and it was properly cooked. However, we ordered again on 11/18 and this was the worst experience I have ever had with Papa Johns. Placed an order at 6:28 pm and did not receive our order until after 8:00 pm. I called and talked to the manager at 8:00 pm and he assured me that our order had just left with the driver. Our order arrived 20 minutes later, completely cold, and in grease soaked boxes. When the driver arrived at our house she handed me the order, said thanks and began to walk back to her car. I said, “don’t you want my money?” She said “oh, you paid online.” I said “no, I called my order in and said I would pay with cash.” She said “oh okay”, took my money and left. Bottom line, avoid this very poorly ran Papa Johns. Terrible food and service. Spent $52 for an extra large pizza and an order of cheese sticks. Ended up throwing almost the entire order in the trash.

2 stars are for the food, it is always great for the most part. However whenever I order delivery, I also choose no contact delivery, and leave a comment to please leave it at the door, and to not knock or ring the door bell. I have crazy dogs who bark at everything and a baby who gets riled up when the dogs bark. For whatever reason they knock every single time! Then tonight, they actually left it at the door after the delivery driver calls 3 times to let us know she left it? Thanks I guess but follow directions please!

The employees on Sunday Feb 5th decided to make fun of a 100% service connected disabled veteran, due to the fact he has brain damage and had a hard time remembering his address. This is completely disrespectful and inappropriate, which is why our family will never be taking our business to this establishment again. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

I understand I ordered late, but that is no excuse. I found a hair on the pizza before I even took a bite. I took it off and tried forgetting about it. I ate a slice and there was another piece of hair cooked into my food. Plus this isn’t that big of a deal but it’s irritating on top of the hair. I put in the comments “Leave on porch, don’t knock or ring bell please”. Then all I hear is the door knocking. Very disappointing.

As I walked into the store not one worker acknowledge that I was there. I then went to the counter, which I could not get to due to another worker leaning on the customer’s side. This worker and the worker behind the counter were talking about some type of night when she went out. She finally acknowledged me when I made a effort to get in her direct view. Once she got my name she went to get the pizza. When the male worker still leaning on the counter with no concern for the customers, made a rude comment to me. After trying to not make a big deal about the incident he continues on. No wonder my wife hates going to pick up the pizza at this location. No one cares about the customers. Management needs to address their workers. This explains why all delivery vehicles were there and no customers besides my self were there. Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt, they probably are not use to seeing customers if they treat them like this.
