Estimated wait time was 29-39 mins, I went to pick up my order after 40 mins and was told it would be another 45 mins. When I told the team member I had already waited 40 minutes, she smiled and rolled her eyes. This was the case for the other 5 individuals waiting as well. I cancelled my order and will be getting my money back. I will not order from this location again.

2nd star was earned because the pizza is pretty good. First 3 were lost because papa johns had always delivered to my job but they said they’re not allowed to deliver there anymore. I explained that was because people on day shift were having pizzas delivered during work hours and one of the big bosses that’s only on days said no more food deliveries. I’m on night shift and I was asking for it to be brought at my break time. Said she’d ask the manager, came back, manager said no, asked if I could speak to the manager and was told no. So I called Pizza Hut and had pizza delivered…

Very rude. We had called to get a pizza and there was a new guy from a different store there. No biggie at all. We gave him her address which is in town and he ignored us for 4 mins straight. When we asked if he was still there he yelled at her and said “i need a real address!” They get pizza from them quite a bit. After he reread our order he hung up on us. Very very rude

The pizza is decent and the employees have always been polite, but my delivery orders have been very late all 4 times I’ve ordered from this location. I checked the delivery tracker and it said they were still boxing my pizza when it was already supposed to be at my house.
