One of the best pizza places in town! Stuffed crust is my go to. I highly recommend it. And if you want a pizza place with desserts that never disappoint…this is it. Austin was working when I went in and the orders were flying in. I was pleasantly suprised when even though he was clearly knee deep in making pizzas he still had the courtesy to turn and greet me as I entered. Not only was Austin an amazing worker he also did what every business owners wants in this world…He put the customer first. Great job man! I’ll be back for another stuffed crust soon!

This place states it’s open at 11am and 3 times now they aren’t open during their listed hours and doors are locked and the lights are off . It’s 11:44- still not open! I understand places may be short staffed but maybe change your hours then because we’ve tried to order pizza for events 3 separate times now and they’re never open when they’re supposed to be!

Thank you for standing up a bus full of elementary age children today! 21 kids had a scheduled outing at your location with their Summer Camp earlier today. When the bus arrived at the scheduled time the doors were locked and no one would answer their phone. The kids were so excited. You really owe them an apology. Sad day. We love papa John’s but ever since we moved to macomb we have been forced to use the 23 and hayes location …… we try to use online ordering through their website and stay away from door dash because we’d rather let their employees make the money and the tip.

I would be content with not ordering Papa John’s pizza again. It is overpriced for the quality of pizza that they make. When paying over $43 for two large pizza (both round) and a six piece wings, it should be the best round pizza and wings in town.

Order from a different store, or different pizza place all together. At 90 minutes I called and they told me nothing they can do, and that the given 35 minute online tracking is just an “estimate.” Refused to cancel my order or give any discount for the 2 hour wait. They actually told me to go to Little Caesar’s, because they have hot and ready pizza! Unreal. Ownership either needs to hire more people or accommodate unhappy customers when this happens. I see multiple reviews of this happening.

This location is the best simply put. I am a local business owner, and I place large orders a few times every month. This location goes above and beyond to take care of me and my customers. We had an incident with a door dash driver one time with a large order. The manager, Austin, made sure I was refunded immediately and apologized for the poor service by door dash. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. The food is always good, and I’ve never had an issue with this location! Thank you for great food and great customer service.

Mark and another gentleman were working when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon. They seemed a little busy. I was doordashing and had about a 5 minute wait. Mark busted me out a small pie so fast that Jimmy John’s would be jealous!!! Not to mention he gave me an extra pizza bag and took care of me at the register despite being busy! Absolute BS! Placed an online order at 9 pm on a Saturday night. Waiting and waiting and waiting, no text updates, no phone calls, just an email an hour and a half later informing me that my order was canceled yet they’re keeping my payment!? This place is going to hear from me, as will the owner of the franchise. Ignorant little kids that don’t want to do the jobs they’re paid to do are going to ruin your business…after reading the reviews, it looks like they already have. This place deserves zero stars and a new staff.

Used app to make take out order at 8:45 pm. 15 minutes later we get a phone call (customer service?) that says the store won’t can’t make order because it is too close to closing time. The store closes at 9:30! Maybe they don’t need the business? Maybe it was an employee decision? Either way, super disappointing.
