The service is so horrendous here. I was forced to find out the actual owner. My expectation for the service workers to be abysmal but the management is far worse. I called in about a missing topping. I was not expecting a new pizza or a refund but to make them aware and possibly a discount on the next order . I couldn’t even get an apology. I was told to drive up and get 1.50 or pop. Mind you l never asked for any monetary compensation. My issue is the condescending nature and rudeness of the staff who messed up my order. Then the management had to nerve and lie and say they were the owners. So l hope the actual owner sees the review as l now found the email and is made aware of how your business is being operated and now losing my business and the business of my property management company that before today l used for company parties.

Low quality food and rude staff I have had them go off on me for putting money on the counter instead of directly in their hand. It’s bad enough that I am willing to go miles out of my way to buy a pizza from their competition. It doesn’t even matter how I treat them they always have a horrible attitude.

OK been ordering from DoorDash for a second. But had to deal with store directly today. All I can say is AWESOME STAFF!! I didn’t receive what I order. The food that I did receive it was cold and the wings wasn’t done. I called to speak with the manger and his attitude was very nasty and he also told me it wasn’t his fault and it was nothing he was going to do about it. I ask for a number to speak with someone else and he said search it yourself and hung up the phone.
