I’ve used them for a while because they have a really good deal with a pizza, chicken poppers, and 2-liter for a low price and the delivery fee isn’t as ridiculous as many others in the area.

02/12/23: I placed and order for pick up: 1 pizza, 10 wings, 1 cheese bread, and a 2 liter. I was informed the order would take 50 minutes and asked if I was ok with that. I said yes, and the employee said he’d call if it would ready sooner, and I said great. There was no call, but I arrived in 40 minutes for pick up. My order was ready, I paid, and left with my order. Upon arrival home, we open the boxes: The pizza has burnt edges, looked very old, and was not hot. The cheese bread looked day old and was cold. The wings were fine. This was not the most disappointing Papa John order I’ve ever experienced at any location. This ruined our Super Bowl dinner as well and was embarrassing for a guest. Sure, it’s a busy ordering day, but if you say 50 minutes, don’t leave the order sitting on the unheated rack from the look and taste for what was likely 40 minutes. If you’re busy, you’d think the food would be delayed or at least fresh, not gross!

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. Only tasted the BBQ sauce in one bite out of three slices. If you would have let me know you were out of BBQ sauce I would have ordered something else.

I had not been to this location for a few years now, but Its so good to see that The owners and the staff have kept it up to a high standard. Store was very clean, The manager on shift Ash was great. was so nice, very helpful, and there was not a long wait on my order. Beautifully made and very tasty food. Would highly recommend this papa johns, especially this location! Will return soon for sure!

I gave them 4 stars only because we ordered their new, New York style pizza, and it’s not NY style at all. The pizza we had was cut into 8 pieces, not 6. NY style pizza is normally cut into 6 slices so they are large enough to be foldable. Unless my 8 slice pizza was a mistake, they aren’t doing NY style pizza. Other than that, the pizzas we ordered were alright. I’ve had better at other local pizzerias.

I usually like Papa John’s but as of late and including this order Pizza was lacking. The works had all the ingredients in abundance, except the sauce which was almost Non-existent. Made for a very dry pizza even with all the other toppings. May give one more try but lately not worth eating.

Just moved to the South Lyon area and tried Papa Johns for the first time in many years. We were not disappointed. Service was fast and the pizza was HOT. Garlic knots were fantastic too! Young gentleman working brought our order to the car, box’s had quality seals & extra sauces! We will definitely make this our new pizza spot!

Went here a couple times when it opened, service was terrible, pizza was mediocre at best. Decided to try it again and things aren’t any better. Service was slightly faster, but food was some of the worst I’ve had. Garlic knots burnt on the outside, doughy on the inside. Pizza was greasy with paper thing crust. Jalapeno popper bread basically exploded and stuck to the cardboard. The Papdilla was actually good, so I’m giving them a second star for it. I think Papa needs to cut Shaq’s salary and spend more money on training and ingredients.
