I’m so disappointed in my order tonight. I placed it ahead of time and it was done 10 minutes before my pick up time not a big deal, but I was shocked to open it and see that the breadsticks were fairly done compared to normal. When I open the box normally it is plain colored not this brown but I didn’t want to make a fuss because the lady that rang me up seemed annoyed with having to wait on me. ♀️ I just ate my pizza and seriously papa Johns is my absolute favorite we have one location people please try your best to provide the quality. The pizza is beyond thin and hardly has any sauce I’m confused because I’ve never had this thin of pizza from papa Johns. For the amount of money I pay… I expect this to be much better take those breadsticks out sooner, check your ovens and the ingredients and please maybe train employees across the board so everyone knows what to do. I feel like if I get pizza and breadsticks again it won’t be like this but only time will tell. I don’t normally review things. But when my pizza and breadsticks taste burnt…I have to speak up! At least the brownie appears to be on point!

Today, I went to this location and got a Papadia. The staff that were there this afternoon was so kind and friendly. The one who took my order had wonderful manners. The young lady who made my Papadia made it so fresh and handed it to me right out of the oven. Then, she told me to have a great day. The food was really good as well. Good job!!

Ordered stuffed crust pizza it was pretty good. Pepperoni, spicy sausage, and Mild peppers. Ask for extra pepperoni and the pizza barely had any. Ask for mild peppers and there was just a few scattered on the half that I requested.. I’m not a Papa John’s Pizza person, I haven’t had Papa John’s in years but I ordered it and it tasted pretty good from the last time. It probably will not be my everyday Pizza that I order. I just felt that the last two orders in the last week have been very inconsistent and I think the prices well overpriced Pizza with all the competition.. Toppings aren’t that generous. And the pizza with a tip cost $29. Way overpriced and too expensive…..

We wanted to try the ranch Papadias, so we went here to give it a try. It didn’t taste like it had ranch at all, but the steak papadias was still pretty good. They over cooked our cookie, which was super disappointing. I would’ve rather had it barely cooked than over cooked. The guy at the counter was really nice, though.

Last three times I have ordered first two pizza was raw asked for a new one. Then the pizza was so thin the toppings fell right through. This last time ordered at 5 for 7:15 got there the young lady working front from my guess can not read cause she told me my order was coming out. Then come 740 I finally ask for a manager he grabs my pizza that mind u has been sitting there since I had got there. Then tried to give that to me no I want new rude customer service that place needs to be shut down dirt piles of it where customers are… the maybe 20 yr old manager absolutely rude has no customer service experience. I love papa johns but guess I will only get it when I go out of town from now on.

So I just went to order a pizza and was given 3 different prices for the same pizza and then he thought I wanted 2 separate ones and after explaining 4x I just want a large 2 topping pizza the price jumped again. Now I ordered this ame pizza last week and it was 3 dollars cheap then the 3 prices he told me. They need ppl working the phone with some kind of training because that’s gonna make ya lose money quickly.

I ordered pizza on July 24th for charged double have been in there called twice n called corporate, they said I have to get with my bank to get my money back… talked with the manager on two different times she said I would get money back…..still haven’t got it WATCH HOW MANY TIMES THEY CHARGE U on your cards
